The hotel is easily accessible and wellknown. The personnel were courteous and spoke english fluently, and the service was excellent. Although the rooms are large, they had very dusty air vents and empty toiletries boxes (in my case, a shower cap).

The hotel room is comfortable and the service is friendly. The only problem is that the room stays at 26 degrees even though we have selected 18 degrees. Every night (we stayed 5 nights it was too hot. Location is very convenient for the market and walking to myeongdong. Edit the reception did fix the air conditioning before we left. This only brought the temperature down to 23 degees despite choosing 18 degree.

When I needed to complete my 14 day quarantine, I was transferred to this hotel. Room service was good, all quarantine was done as per book! Feeling well cared for and most things are at the end of the line if required. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble the first time I spoke to reception.

The hotel is fine, they will charge you 11,000 won for each hour of early checkin. We had to change rooms twice because our rooms werent cleaned properly. Overall, the deal is good, and the views of the tv tower are amazing!.

This hotel comes highly recommended. The location is right across the street from namdaemun market, so if youre hungry you can stop by there to grab and wick a delicious meal. It is located right next to the subway line 4, so you will be able to access sit very quickly. Room was very clean and the service was excellent. One thing i would say is that in the winter the room is like 26 degrees celsius. You cant really turn it down, therefore the only thing you have to do is open the window to lower the temperature. But thats about it, and my family enjoyed the warm temperature too.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is adjacent to shopping street and close to a train station. The hotel has been kept clean. Seoul station is also nearby, which is one of them on foot. Very handy, coffeesmith, 711, and bk are all conveniently located next to the lobby. Since the central air conditioning system isnt really functioning, the room temperature is terrible. I have to open the window if it is so warm at times. Taxis must stop by the road because there is no dropoff facility. However, their service is subpar. They are not comparable to those of upscale hotels. A threestar hotel would be given i would give them ten stars. Although ive reserved eg room with vista of mount namsan, sadly, im unable to see the hill in front of my window!.

Excellent location! I went shopping at the market directly across the street. Although the room is small, that is to be expected. The showers were hot, and the bed was cozy. Im not sure why the thermostat wont change the temperature. Always stays at 24 degc. Very friendly staff!.

Mark grand hotel memberikan kenyamanan bagi pengunjung. Kamar yang besar, bersih dan nyaman. Kamar mandinya bersih, air panasnya lancar, nyaman banget. Lokasinya di daerah Myeongdong sangat cocok untuk penggemar belanja. Jalan mnt kami sudah sampai di daerah belanja selamat menikmati.

The room is tidy, spacious enough, and conveniently located. A bus stop is right in front of it, as well as all the shopping nearby. The bathroom has a heated toilet, i have stayed at ten hotels with this facility. There is good water pressure in the shower. However, you cannot change the temperature in your room even though there is tv connected to it. If you visit during the warmer months, be cautious. It appeared like the bathroom amenities had been filled with water. All the soaps and shampoos were watered down. This is not rated as if it were four stars. No outlets are provided by the beds, so the mattresses are hard as rocks. Ive never remained in otel without outlets by its beds.

I am having to complete a 14 day quarantine period and we are taken to this hotel. The room service is good and all quarantine is followed to the book! Feeling well looked after and most things are at the end of the line if required. Nothing seemed too much trouble every time I spoke to the receptionist.

In October of November 2021, we remained here for three weeks. We reserved a suite and were pleasantly surprised by its efficiency and space. The employees were kind and accommodating, the room was spotless, we had a great view of the name, and the shower had countless hot water! We made this reservation because it was close to our family who we frequented, but it was also near several museums, retail, and Seoul Station. Besides being close to a subway station, Seoul Station is also close by and is close by on an elevated pedestrian walkway, where you can get couid testing. Because of couid, several facilities such as the pool, exercise room, and restaurant were still closed, but the room had a refrigerator and an electric kettle, so there wasn't need to get more. Next year, we'll return!.

The room was clean and comfortable with a comfortable bed and it was in tastier location. The reception staff spoke english well. There are several tourist attractions, restaurants, subway stations and ktx nearby. However, the only issue we had was that we were given merely idly view rooms, most of which were blocked by the hotels wall design!.
