Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 carries the following extra charges: - From 22:00 to 00:00, EUR 50; - From 00:00 to 02:30, EUR 100. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. When travelling with pets, please note that 1 pet up to 20 kg is allowed.
