In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Apartments are cleaned once a week. This includes a change of towels and bed linen. Monthly stays offer does not include electricity consumption nor mid-week cleaning and change of linen and towels. Only arrival and departure cleaning service is included. Services bookable at reception office. Please note all apartments have different décor. Please inform the property in advance if you will use the sofa-bed so they can make the bed. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Hacienda Playa in advance in order to collect the keys.
