The hotel has a lovely design. Bahnhofstrasse can be reached on foot from the hotel. The rooms are cozy. There is a wide selection of dishes at the breakfast buffet, including vegetarian, traditional bacon, and eggs. The staff has been providing excellent service for decades. Even if you havent been there in a long time, they will always remember you.

Hotel favorit saya. Makanan dan minumannya luar biasa. Tidak peduli apakah itu layanan kamar atau restoran. Saran saya, cobalah es teh buatan sendiri dan kue tar apel di layanan kamar. Saya telah menjadi tamu hotel berkali-kali dan akan kembali kapan saja tanpa mengedipkan mata. Layanan sempurna. Kamarnya nyaman, terutama tempat tidurnya. Taman kecil tepat di seberang danau juga indah. Di musim dingin, ada perahu kecil dan pohon Natal dihias dengan indah. Sebenarnya semuanya didekorasi dengan indah. 10 Per 10.

We recently stayed at the Baur au lac for a few days and had a great time. The food, service, hotel rooms, and location are first class. We will definitely stay at this hotel again whenever we are in Zurich.

This hotel sets the bar for all others. This is our second visit, and heres what we love. The staff is very helpful. We had to change our dinner reservation three times (which was very annoying for everyone! ), and the concierge was helpful at every step. Super responsive and excellent follow through. The rooms have great wifi, very comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are top notch. The location is beautiful setting in a beautiful city. You can tell that the people who work here take great pride in this hotel.

If you want an exceptional solid team representing your hotel, visit here. Why arent there six stars for service on application? We have been fortunate to stay in some of the best hotels in the world, including Dubai, London, Paris, Como, Rome, and more. The service was the most exceptional weve ever experienced. I didnt ask for the teams name because the entire team provided a service that was unparalleled. Fantastic breakfast, fantastic reception, fantastic concierge, fantastic hosting and service throughout all teams, and impeccable rooms. Supported by being in a prime location for the city. If i had a hotel, i would hire this team here.

Kamarnya lumayan keren. Pelayanannya sepertinya tidak terkoordinasi. Beberapa makanannya dingin dan kering (salmon). Pelayan kami sangat sopan dan ramah, tidak bisa berbahasa Jerman.

There isnt a hotel quite like this one. They provide for whatever you need. Even a driver helped us find our lost bag at the airport security. We drew precisely to the door, and within five minutes, we had it! Raul, thank you! The meals are excellent, and the concierges are fantastic! The rooms we have are adjacent. Rooms with air conditioning. The vistas are breathtaking. My spouse has stated that he would like to visit here every year! Best location!.
