Best hotel in Zurich. Excellent service, friendly and accommodating hotel staff. Amazing breakfast food and drinks. User friendly tech in check in experience and hotel rooms operated by a tablet. No problems encountered throughout the stay. We will definitely come back to this hotel and other branch available. Thanks for being the best in Zurich.

We had a wonderful stay at CitzenM. The hotel staffs are very attentive and friendly. The hotel staffs gave support in every need of my visit. The room was cozy and comfy with cute décor. The breakfast buffet was delicious, the best cappuccino I had. The location was great and walkable to most attractions.

Staff were incredible. You will know what I mean when you get there. I can’t even begin to explain the amazing and cool personalities there. Hotel was above a busy club so I imagine weekends might be hard to sleep. Coffees were excellent. Beds were cozy. Showers were hot. What more could we ask for?!

Everyone was extremely welcoming. It was our first time in Switzerland and we were celebrating our honeymoon. Georgios & Merlin were extremely accommodating our first night there as we got in late and super hungry. The fact that someone is there 24/7 is fantastic and they answered a lot of our questions about things to do and just general rules for parking, driving etc.
