入住採自助check in ，但會有服務人員協助報到，很貼心，且入住還贈送一人一杯自選飲品，非常讚。房間設計很新穎，空調、燈光、電視、窗廉皆可用平板控制，非常方便，且浴室燈光可調控不同顏色和亮度，只不過浴室設計為半透明，可看到剪影，很適合情侶，非常有情調，如果非情侶可能會很尷尬。房間雙人床又大又很舒適，非常喜歡，只不過房間稍小，放兩個大行李就差不多滿了。整體來說很喜歡，未來希望還有機會入住。

The staff at this hotel went out of thier way to help me retrieve a lost phone. They were all very kind and helpful. When I can count on a place like this it gives me a great sense of trust. I would strongly recommend this hotel and appreciate the staff here very much! The hotel is also very nice to stay at and very modern.

Incrível! O hotel fica numa região maravilhosa, onde é possível fazer tudo caminhando... Consideravelmente perto da estação central de Zurich, perto do Museu, e também suuuuuper perto da Bahnhoffstrasse, do Lago, de tudo o que tínhamos interesse! Fizemos tudo sem precisar de transporte público. O quarto é fantástico, super tecnológico, com tudo controlado através de um tablet, chuveiro INCRÍVEL, cama maravilhosa, decoração do quarto fantástica. Único ponto a melhorar, na nossa opinião, seria o café da manhã, que não apresentou tantas opções pelo valor cobrado...

I really love Zurich! I really like my stay in CitizenM with my husband. It was good and very cleaned! I love the vibes of the young people at the hotel. It’s fun to be with them. They made our stay memorable. We will come back to citizenM when we visit Zurich next time.

We absolutely love this hotel and how techie it was. It was definitely a different and amazing experience. We also really liked that. It was close to the airport the central train station and also around downtown. The staff was incredibly nice and the breakfast buffet was amazing. I would definitely come back and stay here.
