This hotel has a convenient location between Zurich, Shinfalls, and Rose Gardens if you have a rental car or own car. The inside is contemporary, the exterior is old and charming, the rates are lower than in Zurich hotels. We stayed as a family of 4 in their triple bed family room and had a good time. A 10 minute walk from the train station change Zurich if you are from another EU country. The convenience stores across the street sell water, beer, and milk.

We arrived on a Saturday night, ours was a studio room on the ground floor. Room number 10. The room was nice and cozy. Because the tiles are non-skid, the bathroom is well-constructed and suitable for families and kids, which kind of makes sense when you have kids who can create unnecessary adventures. Please keep in mind that on raft from Tuesday evening to Monday morning, you are on your own. So plan your trip accordingly. Restaurants, a tiny shopping center, and other stores all remain closed. A quick bite would be difficult. The kiosk docent has a great deal of food. Therefore, if you arrive on Saturday evenings, make sure you have foodfruits. Or, if you arrive early, go to the mall and get some. Titan bar I must say that the food that comes from the kitchen amazed me tremendously. The food is delectable and delicious. Sandy is always available and has such a great sense of humor. The local taxi driver they asked was charging around 80100 chf to the airport when we attempted to reserve a taxi to the airport the next day. At 6:00 in the morning, we weren't sure about uber. However, it worked brilliantly. chf is all you need to bring a taxi with you because a raft is your best friend. A botanical garden and a cafe are located nearby. If you want to

We stayed at rathaus sterner for three nights, and we had a great time. Make sure you close the window before going to sleep on weekday mornings because the intersection gets a bit of traffic on weekdays. The room appeared to be recently refurbished. The restroom had a walk-in shower and was very large. There was one evening meal for us at the restaurant. The food was delicious and plentiful. Take some time to stroll into the vineyards directly north of the hotel. Although I wouldn't call raft a tourist destination, it's a fantastic location for day trips. Visit the Rotibergkellerei in nearby Wilchingen Hauptstrasse 34 and the weight pitcher in Elisa in Townberg 1. Great wine and some of the most nice people youd want to meet. The reason we chose Rathaus sterner was because it was close to Zurich Airport. The airport is a quick drive away. Return rental car signage is not excellent, so keep an eye out.

I booked a room at rathaussterner and paid the price for the room. It was in a nice hotel with a nice and clean room that was renovated 3 years ago. Swiss hospitality at a reasonable price. The breakfast is small but tasty with genuine Swiss cheese.
