Clean, updated and super easy transportation into Lucerne (#20 bus) boats, train station other bus lines. Would have been nice to have a mini microwave in room but still ok. had great views from our second floor room of the Alps. Staff was excellent, Samuel is THE MAN for everything. Breakfast is not traditional American style but more than ample. Cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yogurts, excellent coffee choices, pastry and fruits.

Very close from the S4,S5 station. 5minutes to Luzern. Conveniently located to go to Mt. Pilatus or Titlis. Very friendly staffs. Nice restaurant opens until 11pm. From the garden terrace, beautiful Mt. Pilates view.

Kami baru-baru ini menghabiskan seminggu penuh di Hotel Waldegg karena saya bekerja di Swiss. Kesimpulannya adalah HEBAT! Kamar kami (122) dilengkapi dengan sangat menarik. Kami juga sangat menghargai AC di kamar. Minggu ini cukup hangat. Staf hotel dan restoran sangat perhatian, ramah dan membantu. Sarapan enak. Restorannya tidak terlalu murah (tapi itu normal di Swiss) tetapi semua makanannya sepadan dengan harganya! Kami makan malam di hotel beberapa kali dan selalu puas. Enak! Ketika kami kembali ke Lucerne, kami pasti akan menginap di Waldegg lagi.

Kami menghabiskan beberapa malam di sini untuk perjalanan ke Gunung Pilatus, ke Glasi Hergiswil dan Lucerne. Lokasinya ideal. Penerimaan tidak terlalu hangat dan ramah, staf layanan restoran menyambut kami saat check-in. (Tapi tampaknya tidak terlalu senang dengan tugas ini, tidak ada resepsionis. Kami memesan kamar keluarga. Kamarnya besar, bahkan dengan dapur kecil yang dilengkapi. Namun kulkasnya hilang (mungkin rusak) dan mesin kopinya benar-benar mengapur (jadi tidak menghasilkan kopi). Kebersihannya tidak sempurna, tapi masih dalam batas yang dapat diterima. Karena ruang keluarga berada di gedung tua, Anda dapat mendengar kebisingan lalu lintas dari jalan utama. Pencahayaan LED tidak langsung tidak berfungsi (mungkin baterai di remote control mungkin kosong) Kesimpulan: Kamar keluarga sedikit lebih tua dengan beberapa pendekatan renovasi yang bagus, secara teknis dan praktis agak terbengkalai dalam hal pemeliharaan. Tapi kinerja harga bagus.
