Overall, a nice small hotel for a night or two while in Zurich. Very nice small hotel, rooms are clean, soulproof windows. Breakfast is good, you have all kinds of juice, fruits, cheese, yougorts, and omelet made on site. Good coffee. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. Praking is available on the street with an hourly rate or there is a nearby parking garage. A few minutes walk to zurich lake where you can sit on a bench and watch the lake. There is a small coffee maker in the room, but it did not work for us.

Lokasinya bagus, pas di tengah. Kamarnya relatif bagus. Pelayanan sangat buruk, resepsionis sangat kasar, menanyakan pertanyaan yang tidak pantas dan bersikeras, karena reservasi telah terlambat dilakukan di situs reservasi. Ketika saya tiba dia mengatakan tentang reservasi dan dia membuat tanda seolah-olah saya "gila" karena membicarakan reservasi yang baru saja dibuat. Setelah dia mengamati bahwa dia telah melakukan reservasi di website tempat dia melakukannya, dia menjawab dengan wajar. Namun, berdasarkan apa yang terjadi, saya tidak merekomendasikan tempat tersebut karena kelalaian petugas.

Hotel ini sudah sangat tua, hanya kamar mandinya saja yang direnovasi. Sarapannya juga sangat buruk. Tapi umumnya sarapan di Swiss. Tapi sarapan terbaik di Jerman adalah sarapan.

The hotel is very nice and the staff and services they provide are very good. The room was clean and tidy and the ladies who work in the room service are very nice and friendly. Their breakfast is also very good. The only thing i didnt like was the pillows they were too big and too thin. Apart from that, everything was fine.

Lokasi bagus, kamar luas dan hotel bersih. Kami memesan 2 kamar untuk 2 malam dengan 3 orang dan membayar lebih dari EUR 510 melalui Genius level Check-in pada 24 Januari berjalan sangat baik dengan resepsionis hari itu (terima kasih atas bantuan Anda) tetapi kami harus check out sebelum check-out, keluar jam 11 pagi (1 kamar boleh sampai jam 12 siang) karena kami tidak memesan langsung melalui websitenya, kata seorang pria di counter pada 26 Januari. Kami merasa aneh, kami memesan banyak dan sangat sering melalui aplikasi VIP Platinum dan Genius Level 3 belum pernah mengalami waktu terbatas ini. Kami pikir saat ini tidak ramah pelanggan untuk membuat perbedaan dalam cara pemesanan dan terutama jika Anda harus terbang kembali pada pukul 17.30. Selebihnya oke (: Lokasi bagus, kamar luas dan hotel bersih.

This is an excellent property in a prime location with relatively low costs. I would heartily recommend staying here because it is an easy and safe 15-minute walk from the train station with roller bags, a 2-minute walk to the lake, a 4-minute walk to the old town, and in the middle of hotels charging two to four times as much. Before I mention some drawbacks, I will say that the staff, room, bedding, and breakfast all received rave reviews. Although this hotel is not in a crowded area at night, road noise is still a thorny issue. Although it is not in a busy area, this hotel is not in a busy area. If you don't stay in one of the end rooms, I would suggest asking for a room away from Dreikonigstrasse because our room was at the far end of the hotel, which was directly next to a street where maintenance vehicles pass by. It's not terrible, but it's worthwhile to inquire. If not, I wonder if curtains that reduce noise would help. The old-fashioned shower curtain blows in on the shower taker is by far the most irritating aspect. A double shower curtain, if feasible, would be a simple solution for this annoying issue and would be installed with a curve, if possible. One suggestion for travelers is that if you can, visit the airport

Hotel ini mengingatkan kita pada film James Bond pertama. Marmer, gaya pakaian kuno, banyak jendela, kunci alih-alih kartu, semua gadget sepertinya berasal dari masa lalu, bahkan mesin kopi dengan model yang sama sekali asing. Semua menyukainya. Pembersihan kamar sempurna! Sarapan lumayan untuk Eropa. I heartily endorse this hotel. This hotel provided me with an excellent experience. The personnel was really accommodating and helpful. When i arrived, my room was ready. Very tidy and equipped with the little conveniences we sometimes take for granted. Breakfast was provided, and a person was available to fulfill other breakfast requests, such as waffles, omelets, etc. They also set up my transportation to the airport.
