The hotel is decent. Both train stations are accessible on foot. The room has an open window. Shower and bathroom. Two beds. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. The location is good. We had a good price and were satisfied with our stay. Emails are promptly answered. The breakfast was decent.

A traditional hotel in a century old building. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. My room doesnt have air conditioning, but they provide a fan, which is great because the temperature rarely goes above 25 degrees. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. The location is great, close to interlaken west station only 5 minutes walk. If you need a hair dryer, just ask the staff at the counter who are always willing to help. The hotel is upgrading as something is old.

Kamarnya bersih dan bagus untuk harga, tempat tidurnya juga tidak terlalu bagus. Sarapannya sangat mengecewakan dengan keju Gerber dan Babybel. Dan lebih banyak kopi di ruang lantai 1.

I can honestly say that my experience at hotel harder minerva was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel has breathtaking mountain views, making it the ideal spot to relax and unwind. The breakfast was fairly good, with standard options like beans on toast and yogurt. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Meski fasilitas kamarnya sudah tua, perhatian pemiliknya terhadap detail bisa dirasakan. Rasanya seperti rumah tua Swiss. Pemiliknya ramah. 1 Lift. Kunci kamar bisa dibuka dengan memutar 360 derajat. Hal yang sama berlaku saat mengunci dari dalam. Saya menggunakan 2 kamar, tetapi ada ketel dan tidak ada pengering rambut. Menu sarapannya kurang bervariasi. Berkat kerja keras pemiliknya, saya merasa sedikit terikat dengan tempat ini.

I would definitely stay again! Super central location, delicious breakfast including yogurt, muesli, toast, beans, vegetables, eggs, and more. The staff were very kind. It was an incredible deal for the price, and i would recommend it to anyone looking for a centrally located hotel with a filling breakfast and great service.

If i ever returned to interlaken, i would definitely stay here again! This hotel is fantastic! The location is ideal. My room was also fantastic. The staff is incredibly kind and goes above and beyond to meet our needs.

Kamarnya rata-rata, cukup ramai untuk 3 orang. Fasilitas rata-rata. Sarapan tidak sebagus yang diharapkan. Untungnya lokasinya tidak terlalu jauh dari stasiun kereta. Berjalan kaki sekitar 20 menit. Ini cukup nyaman untuk bepergian.

The hotel is a tenminute walk from interlaken west and ten minutes longer from interlaken oest, making it more convenient to stay at this hotel and get off at interlaken west. There isnt much choice for breakfast, scrambled eggs would be nice, but the restaurant is beautiful and has a lot of history. The room was neat and clean, but the mattress was too soft. The hotel is very convenient to walk to various stations or attractions. The hotel price is not expensive. The hotel is an oldstyle building with a long history, but it has elevators to facilitate guests to enter and exit with luggage. There is a bit of noise at night. Maybe i live on the first floor and can hear the sounds of passersby outside the street.

Kamarnya tidak terawat, kamar mandinya tidak bersih, sarapannya tidak variatif (tidak ada croissant), mendengar semua tetangga di kamar terlalu berisik dan staf resepsionis dan staf dapur berteriak di antara mereka sendiri atas kebijaksanaan pelanggan hotel. Tidak disarankan diserang oleh orang Asia yang memasak di ruang makan, saya tidak berbicara tentang baunya, dengan harga yang sama kami memiliki hotel berkualitas lebih baik. We were a little nervous before our stay, but i dont understand why the reviews are so bad! Maybe we got lucky, but overall, it was a nice 3 night stay. The good thing is that our beds were comfortable, and the room was clean with a great view of interlaken. The staff was helpful and friendly while they were there. We had no problems with the breakfast spread, but based on other reviews, we made sure to be there when it started. The location is perfect in the middle of town and 5 minutes from the west train station. There was no option for early checkin or luggage storage before 3 pm when you arrived, so we had to sit and wait until they arrived. This is listed when you book, but dont expect to arrive early. It is very expensive for what it is, but that seems to be the case everywhere in interlaken. Another thing, we booked a twin, but when we checked in, our room had a queen bed and a single bed. It didnt bother us, but it made the room a bit cramped. When we checked out, the staff let us leave our bags all day until 3 pm in a locked room, which was very appreciated. The lady who worked there was friendly every morning, and we didnt understand why the reviews were so bad.

I adore the room and our hotel stay. Free breakfast, daily cleaning, and a tourist card within interlaken. I assumed it would be bad based on the reviews, but i made sure our reservation was good to go and i already paid for the rooms. The morning shift receptionist, the guy with short hair, is very friendly and helpful. The dining area is very vintage, i love it! The rooms have been renovated. One of the cheapest hotels ive come across, especially since it is very expensive in schweiz.

Kamar ini juga merupakan lelucon untuk harga yang Anda bayar. Ventilasi di kamar mandi terlalu keras. Anda dapat menggunakannya untuk membangunkan pasangan Anda di malam hari saat Anda harus pergi ke toilet. Tekanan air (di lantai 2) tidak tersedia untuk air panas.
