The hotel facilities and staff were excellent. However, there were only 4 parking spaces for guests. They provided a blue zone placard for a fee and it is near impossible to find parking anywhere near the hotel. It is located in a nice residential area (Hottingen).

Warm friendly and efficient check in, room very spacious and clean with all the facilities you may require. Good air conditioner and shower facilities also. Walk to the old town in a little over 10 minutes, which offers lots of dining / drinking options. Would highly recommend for ease to city centre.

Fabulous staff, tram at the door to the train station, small supermarket nearby, pleasant spotlessly clean room and a breakfast buffet that would suit the fussiest eaters. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Solid hotel, nice breakfast, ethernet output, also Scandinavian power outputs, which means no need for converter, bathroom is very nice too w. great shower pressure (unlike so many other hotels). Highly recommended.
