Small clean hotel close to bus and train. Rooms and bathroom are small, but just fine for a couple. Would stay again. Only con is there is no laundry services. You have to walk 2 mi or 20min tram ride to only self service laundry place in the city. Be sure to take plenty of coins, not cheap to do laundry. Hotel reception staff were very nice.

Booked a twin bed room. Beds were comfortable and room good size. Continental breakfast was excellent. The food looked and tasted fresh every morning and they coffee machine excellent. Complimentary fruit, coffee and ice cream available at reception. Tram and buses just outside the hotel and train station is a 10 minute walk away. Het is even zoeken hoe je er moet komen, want er zit een slagboom vooraan de straat. Om deze te openen, moet je het hotel even bellen. Een parkeerplaats reserveren is een “must”. Het ontvangst in het hotel is aller hartelijkst. Je krijgt een uitgebreide uitleg over de kamer en de omgeving met wat handige tips. De kamer is heerlijk ruim en heeft een balkon met een prachtig uitzicht. De kamer heeft een goed werkende Airco. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig maar keurig verzorgd.

Gut vom Bahnhof aus erreichbares Hotel mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Leckeres Frühstück, schöne Terrasse, Nachmittagskaffee gratis. Zimmer mit großem TV in tadellosem Zustand.

We loved being on the top floor with views. They room was very spacious, bathroom not so much but we had very hot water for our showers. We enjoyed our breakfast of croissants and lattes. Easily walkable for gelatos and dinner. Only 1 mile walk to old town Bern which was so pretty.

방이 완전 깨끗했습니다. 바닥이 카페트가 아니고 일반 집 장판바닥이라 오히려 더 깨끗하게 관리되는 것 같습니다. 침구류, 욕실 모두 깨끗합니다. 좁지만 4명이 지내기 괜찮았으며, 여기저기 수납공간 및 탁자들이 있어서 좋았습니다. 조식불포함이지만 아침마다 사과가 무제한 제공되고, 생수와 소프트캔디, 일회용 스푼/포크가 무제한 제공이라 좋았습니다. 숙소 주변이 조용해서 좋았습니다. 베른역에서 트램으로 2정거장이라 위치도 좋았습니다. 도보로 5분 거리에 큰 수퍼마켓이 있습니다. (07시~20시) 절대적인 숙박비는 비싼데, 비싼 스위스 물가를 감안하면 적당한 것 같습니다. 가족여행으로 3박 지냈는데, 너무 잘지내다 갑니다.
