This restaurant is fantastic! We came across this fantastic restaurant in the hotel rigi when searching for a lunch spot in vitznau. All of the dishes we ordered were excellent, and the cuisine was delicious! The fondue is the best ive ever had in Switzerland, with varying wine options. The location is immaculate, the staff is helpful and pleasant, plus the price is reasonable for the area in sufi. Dont miss this place.

The hotel is located on the lake. The accommodation is comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. There is a restaurant that serves excellent food at night. I even helped me get bailed back to lucerne to go to the airport in Zurich, so thank you for letting me stay here. It is also close to cogwheel train station and has lovely walks around the hills nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 2minute walk from the mountain railway station and the ferry landing stage. It offers comfortable accommodation in an oldstyle design. The staff are friendly, and both dinner and breakfast are of high quality.

The hotel is very beautiful and the location is perfect! Just in front of the lake, the main street, and transportation by train (rigi banhof) and boat (vitznau halt). Perfect for families or a romantic trip. The service is wonderful! The rooms are top clean and cleaned every day, towels are changed. Some rooms have private terraces. Hotel staff are really sympathic and nice to offer excellent service. Restaurant quality is good with varying traditional food and wine. You can buy'Tell pass if you want to explore and enjoy the country. We will come back to this country, but it will be at the ri hotel!

We booked a studio room. We were given apt with 3 bedrooms, i got vistas of the lake from the balcony and also have tv in the living room and dining area. The bathroom is old but still very nice. I really like the reception desk. Breakfast buffet is very good.

For the first time in august, we make reservations here each year for a room. The personnel are pleasant, the breakfast is excellent, and the rooms are basic, perhaps in need of rearranging, but for the price, its still fine. We were in room 18, which is located on the ground floor and downstairs is the bar, so it was sweltering until late.

We had dinner at their restaurant and would highly recommend it. As with most places in vitznau, everyone is very friendly and happy to help, service here was no different and it was excellent. Food and drink were quick to come out and tasted great!.

Hotel Rigi is ideal for boating on lake lucerne and taking a train up mount rigi. The food is excellent and plentiful, and the personnel is really helpful and pleasant. There is nannyette and cash register close by. Although the bar is smokefree, the staff assigned us nonsmokers to another room, excellent service.

I spent two days here with my family ten days ago. Had a great time. We stayed in sydney room with kitchen and backyard. I liked the atmosphere, it smelled like nature. Wonderful hospitality. Nice location. Bus, boat, and train are all easily accessible.
