This hotel was very accommodating, it was a great experience. When I lost my passport, the receptionist called Felicio is an incredible asset to this hotel. He made our stay very comfortable and comfortable during this difficult time. This place has a great location both in the downtown area and the US Embassy.

If you take the hotel at face value and consider the price we paid, I think it's a decent deal from hotels. Com. We were really happy with our stay. La persona is not in the heart of the city center, but it is quite close and well connected by public transportation, which you're given a free pass for! We parked our car there and rode buses there. The receptionist kindly declined to pay for parking because there was practically no demand that night. The service personnel in general were really nice. Although the hallways and common areas are a little depressing, it's clear that they've saved money here. The sound is not the best either. But the room itself is excellent! large enough for suitcases and other items to be scattered around through a clever use of space. Proper outdoor blinds for a comfortable night's sleep on the cozy king bed. There is body wash available, nothing spectacular but does the job. Sincerely, for what we expected it outperformed, it outperformed, so we were happy with our stay. Is it the best hotel in the world? Do you get what you pay for in expensive but beautiful? yes. Good for those on a budget!.

We only stayed one night to get up early to visit the burns annual onion market. The motel itself is small and in a residential area. It was an easy walk into the old town and there were many public transportation options free with the welcome ticket. We had a room on the third floor that had a comfortable double bed, desk area, and a second adjoining room with sofa and second TV! Despite being limited but having enough space for clothes storage, that was fine for us given a night time stay. The bathroom was small but had a nice shower. We had a refrigerator as well. Like other reviews, we found the whole staff to be extremely efficient and welcoming.

Little but adequate space for clothes storage, but that was okay given an overnight stay. The bathroom was small but good shower. We also had a fridge. Like other reviews, we found the entire staff very efficient and welcoming.

The service was first-rate! The receptionist, Michelle, is a true asset of this hotel because he went above and beyond to assist me when I lost my passport. During this stressful time, he made the stay much easier. The cost for the comfortable accommodation was quite reasonable. The location is excellent for the embassy and downtown.
