Cleanliness is very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I forgot my mobile charger and power bank charger, they gave me one. They also suggest some things to help me plan. Plus, car service to and from the station is available.

This hotel is a great choice for lodging in interlaken. It is conveniently located (7-10 minutes walk from the city center or train station west, offering comfortable rooms at reasonable prices.

I recommend it to everyone. Just keep the windows open at night because some insects may enter. I had a spider in both rooms, but other than that, its incredibly nice place with hospitable hosts and knowledgeable staff who helped us throughout our stay.

This was our first hotel we booked from interlaken all the way to lauterbrunnen of our trip in Switzerland and trust me, the service we received from the Swiss inn was the best! Very warm and kind owner! Veronica made us feel at home providing us with every bit of assistance on everything we were looking for! The apartment had every single small alliance in the kitchen so you could actually cook and have a great time! Overall i would recommend this place to anyone looking For supper in interlacn

The location is in the center of interlaken. The rooms are clean and warm, and the beds are very comfortable. There are television channels for almost all of Europe. Owners are great. Very friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Not far from piz gloria. Will definitely stay here next time we are in this area.

The inn is run by a lovely old lady who welcomed us with great hospitality. She even offered to drive us to the train station after we left! 10/10 will come back in the future! Beautiful views, comfortable beds, and excellent service.

I heartily endorse it. Its not just about the hotel itself, but also about its customer service. Guys will ask you where are you going and give you recommendations even if you dont ask them. They assist me in locating the finest route to milan. The woman was really kind. You could stay in an adequate and clean room. Both the river and interlaken busy street are nearby.

The stay was wonderful, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The deluxe bungalow offered excellent value for your money. Everything you need is available to you, including cleanliness. Its just a 3minute walk from interlaken west train station, so you wont be disappointed!.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Veronica was incredibly kind, welcoming, and supportive. She provided numerous recommendations and even provided various maps to assist with her recommendations. Interlaken west and migros were both conveniently close by on foot. Our room had a fantastic view of the mountains and paragliders. Although we spent most of our time exploring, we really appreciated this welllocated, friendly, clean location as our home base!.

I am so happy i found this little hidden gem. So this is my little tale. Once we decided that swiss was one of the places included in our vacation, the search for a good hotel began. Every hotel ive looked into was either wayy to expensive or completely sold out every day. I went to various websites to try and get tastier, and thats when he came across Swiss inn. The staff, Veronica and patrick, were very accommodating. We were four people, so we chose the villa outside. It had two spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds, an amazing kitchen and living area, as well as an outdoor seating with flowers in bloom all around. Everything even mcdonalds is only ten minutes walk away, excellent restaurants are all within 5-7 minutes walking distance, including u. A McDonalds, which is 5 minutes stroll from the hotel, fantastic restaurants all at 0 minutes on foot, supermarket Coop is also merely 0.5 minutes drive from french innese. On the left side are the beautiful mountains on your right, while opulent mountains are on the other side. At 5 p. M., im just awaken to smell the fresh air and hear the lovely birds chirping. We were a group of 4 and stayed in their deluxe bungalow. Their location is good, about 5 minutes walk from interlaken west station. The lux bungalow is brand new and very clean! They have onsite laundry for ps4 and there are 2 drying racks at the bungalow and supermarket nearby. Veronica and jason are the nicest people! Their hospitality is amazing! We enjoyed every moment of our stay! Highly recommended.

The room was clean and had a small fridge, microwave, and air conditioning. The staff were helpful and gave us lots of information about hiking routes. Easy to park at no extra cost. I love their welcoming chocolates on the clean bed.

The perfect cozy inn tucked away in the interlaken valley. Ive ever met a more wonderful, kind, and considerate hotel hosts than Veronica. To make sure we made the most of the beautiful weather we had while we were there, she provided us some fantastic recommendations for snow hikes around jungfrau and murren. We are very grateful to her because without her assistance, we would not have enjoyed some incredible views and experiences. The inN itself is charming, conveniently located near the Interlakener west station but also in softer part of town. Our requirements were met in every way. If i could, ive given this ind ten stars, especially considering its extremely affordable price. Thank you, Swiss innes, for ensuring utmost enjoyment during your stay at interlacn!.

The location is close to interlaken west station, about 5 minutes walk away. The owner is very friendly, helpful, and warm. This place is cozy and has a really comfortable bed. I always feel satisfied returning here after savoring countless days.

We had a great time at the Swiss inn. My family and i stayed here for two nights. Veronica was very nice and helpful. She gave us sms about interlaken, she was so kind and informative. The apartment was spotless and equipped with tv, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you need for cooking. Next time we stay at this hotel, we will definitely stay longer. Location : 5 stars (5 minutes walk to interlachen west) Cleanliness rated 5 out of 5.
