The location is in the middle of old town. You cant reach it by car, so you have to walk with your luggage. City parking is the cheapest option 25 fr per 24 hours, 10 min walk. New and trendy place. But in an older building, our room had noise from the upstairs neighbors. Kitchenette but only 1 chair to use at the table which is strange. Friendly staff.

The hotel is in a historic town, about ten minutes walk from the train station. The room was spacious and had cosy beds, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It was incredibly nice to have free laundry! If you want to be faster, youll need to carry tour luggage up stairs because the elevator moves comparatively slowly. Would without denying it is advisable.

Our room on the fourth floor was spacious and had everything except a clothes washing machine. The bed was very comfortable. Checkin via link is great and using the phone to open doors is fantastic. However, when early checkin fails, it should not say so but report 'room not ready yet'. An improvement from t he great experience.

I was pleasantly surprised when i entered the room. The room is spacious and modern. It has a small kitchen where you can cook (i understand that food in the south swiss is very expensive). The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. There is no reception, but the host is extremely responsive and selfcheckin was so easy. Highly recommend this place!.

The rooms are nicely furnished, and the location is excellent. However, it would be worth a rating of 5 stars if there was more attention to detail. For instance, the kitchen lacks equipment, there is no streaming service on the tv, or there arent enough streaming services available. It is advisable to note that parking is only able to be reached by foot in about 5 to 10 minutes, which is not terribly bothersome.

There are many plug sockets in the room. The location is very good and very close to the station. Also nice decoration style. Selfservice checkin is quite simple and if you have any questions, the customer service will answer them immediately.

Excellent central location at a reasonable price. The app made it simple to check in and out of the room. Staff was pleasant. There would have been some basic refreshments (tea, instant coffee, etc.) in the accommodation, which would be even better. In the bar, there was good coffee and breakfast.

I came here alone to run the lucern half marathon this weekend and felt relieved to have found a hotel in the heart of town. The rooms are thoughtfully designed. They take stifling but practical approaches to their construction. It is light and inviting. Regarding the hotel, it is close to many tourist attractions, including shopping. There is also i can prepare coffee and tea in their social room. Being able to travel alone, ive felt safe and safe to wander around and go out at night because ill know the motel was in opulent area of the town so he felt secure going out. This is the only negative aspect for me because im extremely sensitive to noise. I didnt sleep peacefully until deciding to buy earplugs on the second night, whether from the common areas, the hallway, or anything else, coming from outside with people going away over the weekend.

This place has a good location in the old town, only 5 minutes walk from the main attractions. The room was clean and modern, with tv facilities and utensils. There is if you want to go for jog before leaving the city, there is space to store your luggage. On the first floor, it has one area with free tea, coffee, and washing machines for doing your laundry. If you wish to have breakfast, they have ica shop right next to the hotel. Self checkin is easy and quick. However, the only negative aspect is that there are about 15 stairs from entry to firstfloor and no lift. It may be difficult to handle bringing large bags.

The rooms were excellent and immaculate, and the staff does so every day. Spotless! Although the phone service was excellent, i was forced to overlook the fact that there isnt any physical staff available to assist with any issues you may have. I probably spent a small fortune on roaming charges on my calls to the reception. The receptionist was extremely kind and patient, but it would have been ideal without an onsite staff. Its in lone, bustling old town. You do get quiet, peaceful nights because the crowds leave when the shops close. When ill return to lucerne, well most certainly stay again. Continue your fantastic work!.

I highly recommend this place. Its a great place to stay. I spent three days with my wife. The place was clean and inviting. We also lost our portfolio with cards and i had accumulated countless dollars there. Two days later, staf located the portfolio and reached out to us on social media, letting us know that they had found it. Big thanks and happy.

Overall, my stay was pleasant, and maybe i had higher expectations from the lubo. The checkin counter was next to the smoking area at the hotel, which made it difficult for me as a nonsmoker and someone who is sensitive to secondhand smoke. During check in and checkout, ive not encountered any staff on site. Housekeeping personnel were extremely welcoming. Our room was clean, with utmost convenience. I thought the hotels aesthetic over practicality was superior to its dim shower area. It was conveniently located, just stepping outside the main train station.

The room is spacious, on the second floor, which is uncommon in schweiz, and has excellent kitchen facilities. However, it can be a bit of hiccup for selfservice checkin. Close to the station, shopping and dining options are convenient nearby, the hotel is conveniently located near the train station.

The location is perfect, the air conditioning during the heat is very appreciated especially when you dont find ac anywhere in lucerne. The staff is amazing! Thank you for your very accommodating attitude and atmosphere! We really enjoyed our stay!.

The room smells very strong, but overall the price is okay. There are too few supporting facilities, no drinking water, toothbrushes, etc.
