The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is very friendly. Its a bit far from chaweng center, about ten to fifteen minutes walk away, but its nice because you have lots of privacy and it is quiet.

J’ai séjourné en famille au Novotel Samui Deuxième année de suite. Jamais déçues. J’étais en chambre deluxe côté plage. Personnel au petits soins, accueil au top. Je retournerai l’année prochaine sans hésiter. Merci

3Fの角部屋。目の前にプールと海があり広いバルコニーから見渡せました。お部屋もとても広く、エスプレッソマシーンが設置されていました。リビングと寝室にテレビが設置されていました。お風呂場もとても広く、浴室とシャワーブースが別々にあり、洗面台と化粧台が別々にありました。

子供2人と計4人でヒルサイドスーペリアの予約でしたが、一番ビーチに近く、朝食のレストランにもすぐ行け、バルコニーから直接プールにアクセスできるファミリールームにアップグレードしていただきました。部屋・バスルームともに非常に広く2段ベッドも子供がとても喜んで、快適なホテルステイができました。レンタカーを借りましたが、部屋の近くに駐車しておけるのは、ヒルサイドのメリットですね。部屋を出てすぐ車に乗れるので、出かけるのが億劫でなく、便利でした。清潔度のマイナスはプールの水質です。十分ではありますが、もうひと頑張りしてほしいです。周辺エリアは、食事のできるレストランはすぐ近くに数軒あり手頃で美味しかったので十分ですが、散策したいと思うほど何かがあるわけでは無い、という評価です。

Absolutely loved this place. The staff were extremely friendly and pools and grounds were kept very clean. It’s located right on the beach although we stayed on the mountain side it wasn’t that big a drama crossing the road. It’s a bit out of town but if you hire a scooter as we did that’s not a problem. Would recommend the hotel to anyone thinking about going to Koh Samui.

よくない口コミもあったので少し心配しながらいきましたがとてもよかったです。最もビーチ側の2階のお部屋でした。到着してすぐおしぼりとウェルカムドリンクをいただきました。チェックインは、少し待ちましたが、ロビーの雰囲気もよくくつろぎながら待てました。スタッフのかたの英語もきれいな発音で聞き取りやすく、こちらは話すのは得意ではありませんが、一生懸命きいてくださる方が多かったです。部屋は広くて清潔、すごしやすいです。ホテルにはよくありますが夜になるとライトが暗いのが少しは不便でした。プールはファミリーがおおく、子供はとても気に入っていました。おなかがすいたらプールサイドのレストランで注文できます。ピザが220バーツくらいでした。朝食ビュッフェは品数も多く美味しかったです。ビーチのすぐそばでたべるのは最高でした。海はとてもきれいかと期待したのですが、8月だから？濁っていたり藻があったりして少し残念な感じでした。乾季だとまた違うのでしょうか。街の中心まで歩くのは子連れには大変でした。ミトラレストランまで30分くらいでした。大人だけでしたら、まわりをみながら楽しみながら歩けると思います。すぐそばに両替もあります。5分くらいいくと、マッサージのフレンド(全身1時間200バーツ)、コンビニもあります。坂道で舗装がよくないですが、タイらしくていいと思います。とてもよい思い出になりました。

Tea and Mai helped make us feel so welcomed and treated us like family! Thanks for the great memories! Pools were great, food was awesome and our rooms were upgraded which made our 7 day stay so comfortable! Jon you should be proud of your staff as they really make your property shine!

The hotel is split by one of the main roads in Ko Samui, with half the accomodation and one of the two pools nearer the beach. We stayed in the part that is further from the beach and it was noticeably quieter than the beachside; no scramble for poolside seats, no scrum at breakfast (which by the way is included as part of the Expedia cost) and a much more laid back feel. Our superior room overlooked the pool which meant the kids (2 x teenage boys) could pop in for a swim before mum and dad were ready. The room itself was large with lots of floor space, a big bed for us, a big bunk for the kids and a large Thai style sofa that could have been another double bed! One oddity is that the bathroom is really big so feels part of the living space (separated by a windowed wall) but the loo is visible if you don't shut the door. A family will get used to this quickly. Location wise, the hotel is about 15 minutes walk along the beach from the town centre. There are a few small restaurants nearby that are quite fun. The hotel puts on a free bus to town 3 times a day. The hotel's location means that there is very little beach frontage, but a 5 minute stroll took us to an empty part of the beach. The beach is lovely, do try the kayaking and the fruit salad from the local vendors. I'd stay here again!
