Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in February wonderful staff , amazing buffet breakfast, the best we have ever had . Location was perfect , everything you needed was at your fingertips, and a short walk to Patong beach ..highly recommend couldnt fault this hotel and most definitely would stay here again .

The outstanding thing about this hotel is the customer service! Our experience was amazing. Next would be the breakfast buffet, the selection was abundant, with all tastes and cultures catered for. We booked a pool access room, which to be honest I was initially disappointed with. The reason was the size of the steps into the pool. There are two steps into the pool, with a good rail. My Mum is elderly and definitely could not manage to get up and down the second step, my estimate is that it was at least 500cm deep. These rooms are at the rear of the property. We requested a room change to the pool access rooms at the side of the property, which due to other bookings could only occur two days into our stay. We were very grateful for this. Those pool access rooms have more shallow steps in, so was better for our needs. My tip is if you have either youngsters or elderly family travelling with you be sure to ensure you are allocated the appropriate room. All the staff, without exception, were extremely kind and attentive.

Lovely hotel in a great location in Patong. The hotel staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough to help when needed. Would definitely recommend if you are planning to visit Patong. I’m heading back in April and will be booking here for my Patong leg of the journey. Only one minor comment was that I had a pool access room but it was the only room without steps or stairs into the water. You can share the steps with your neighbours though (room 150 for reference)

2nd time staying, 1st stay prior to covid so a few differences noticed. Nice addition of some pool slides and a kids swimming area. Hotel is a convenient position, close walk to beach road and OTOP market. Alternatively also an easy walk to Jungceylon/Central Plaza and Bangla Road. Taxi 15-20mins to Kata Beach. Buffet breakfast service caters to a large variety of cuisines. All staff including reception, room service, maintenance and security are polite, friendly and helpful. Always smiling greeting guests. Tried room service, meals were tasty but as we were 6th floor wasn’t the hottest meal. Happy hour cocktails by the pool, but probably didn’t utilise this as much as I would have compared to places that you can scan a QR code by the poolside table etc. Another pleasant stay 😊

The hotel is conveniently located near patong beach. The swimming pool is wellmaintained and the rooms are comfortable. However, the staff at the front desk are extremely unfriendly and rude.

Todo muy bien, la habitación muy limpia y completa, el balcón tenía muy buena vista a la piscina, pedimos una pizza en servicio al cuarto y estaba deliciosa. El desayuno del bufete estaban delicioso y tenía platillos de todo tipo de cocina: comida de la India, asiática y americana, extensa variedad de frutas, ensaladas, bebidas, y todo con muy buen sabor. La ubicación está excelente para recorrer el área de las playas o hacia el lado opuesto los mercados de comida y ropa.
