The front desk staff is really enthusiastic. There will be someone to assist with carrying luggage, despite the fact that there isnt an elevator.

We highly recommend the house of papa! The hotel is conveniently located for exploring the city of bangkok, close to the mbk shopping center, bts train station, and airport rail link. The rooms are very nice, comfortable, and clean for a reasonable price. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Thank you, sebastien and Julie.

The hotel is small but conveniently located and the service is excellent, very friendly and accommodating. The price is also very affordable. There are many restaurants around and the bts is only a tenminute walk away, there are also many bus stops in the area. Parking downstairs is 100 baht a day which can be booked at the hotel counter.

I had a wonderful twoweek stay! I want to thank karin and her team for making my visit so comfortable! A budget boutique hotel offering in a great area within walking distance of tourist hot spots! One of the many highlights of my stay was also the selection of local thai restaurants! There is a lot of choice! Cant wait to go back!.

I would suggest this location! Lovely little hotel in bangkok! I cant express my gratitude to them enough! So gracious. My room was spotless and organized! Very comfortable stay. Would return here in the future. If you have trouble falling asleep, this could be an issue because the door isnt soundproof, allowing you to hear people coming and going (i was on the second floor). It wasnt a problem for me. I can sleep through anything, but i should give you a headsup for anyone who needs complete silence. The area is also in a great location, with a lovely park, shopping, and restaurants nearby. Siam is not too far to walk.
