The best location to explore ancient bhombo! Ive had conversations with people about the place and they have a lot of service. The hotel is not very good, but the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The staff was excellent. Our driver, peter, was a fantastic guide who was patient when dealing with our, sometimes picky, 16monthold son. The breakfast was delicious. Close to the palace, chinatown, and other attractions. Not i have bad things to say about our experience here.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Service standards are ok. The doormen and welcoming guests were excellent. Food is very good. Location is great. My customer service experience was different from the staff working in the bar. We have faced many difficulties maybe due to the language barrier.

This hotel offers easy access to many attractions. The train station is directly across the street. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Just ask and they will help you. Restaurants and staff are open 24 hours a day 365 days f the day. I booked i booked large room on top floor. It had full sitting area, two kingsize beds, large 'dorm style fridge, microwave, and two televisions. There were no unpleasant smells inside or outside the room and despite hearing birds chirping occasionally in the morning, ive had no problems with noise from neighbors or the city. Loved the breakfast buffet. You can choose buffet or e la carte menu. Buffet not included in your room is $10 adult, $5 child, free for small children.

For the price, the hotel was decent. The staff really cares about your experience. They are very nice and offer tours at reasonable prices. It is conveniently located near many of the major tourist attractions and some of americas best cuisine. If you stay here, you should visit thipsamai pad Thai, which is only a few blocks away.

Saya dapat hotel ini karena mengikuti paket tour dengan harga yang murah. Kamarnya cukup bagus, bersih, kamar mandi juga oke. Sayangnya AC tidak berfungsi mungkin karena kurang beruntung. Lokasi 7 Eleven sangat jauh dari hotel ini Butar, dulu saya baru menemukannya. Kemarin saya menginap di hotel ini malam hari, sekitaran jalan-jalannya jauh dari keramaian dan jauh dari pemandangan.

Dari luar, hotelnya tidak terlalu besar dan suasana lorongnya agak horor di malam hari. Liftnya juga sempit. Kamarnya sendiri lumayan luas, tetapi sayangnya tidak ada wifi di dalam kamar, jadi kalau mau memanfaatkan wifi gratis harus turun ke lobi hotel. Selain itu, acara TV yang ditayangkan juga hanya saluran lokal yang semuanya berbahasa Thailand.

We were upgraded, which was a really nice touch. The room was adequate in size. Both the service and the food werent too terrible. It wasnt particularly spectacular. Although there is nanette in the lobby, people kept attempting to con us in Bangkok, so we stayed away. Checkin went smoothly, and reception was friendly. Thank you very much for letting us stay there! It was conveniently located, therefore we might return.
