The location is excellent, and the staff is outstanding. They have a fantastic massage parlor within the hotel, and the massage therapists are highly skilled. The patong beach and bangla road are both within walking distance. They also have a fantastic hair braiding styling parlor next to the hotel.

The price per night i think is the cheapest in the area. There is everyday room service, fresh towels everyday, free 2 bottled water in the fridge, room is very clean once you arrived. Water pressure in the toilet is strong with available hot water. Although the aircon was not that strong at the beginning but it was addressed right away by the management. You got the worth of the amount what you paid for. Tip: get a motorbike across for 250baht per day. It is cheaper than calling uber or hiring a tuktuk.

We stayed at moon inn for 4 days. Service was very good. All the staff were very friendly. The hotel was also very clean. We had the opportunity to meet madam moon, she was a very nice lady. It was really worth it. They made our trip memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Secara keseluruhan tempat ini bagus, lebih murah dibandingkan akomodasi lainnya. Kami menyewa kamar untuk tiga orang. Kasur dan bantalnya nyaman, dibersihkan setiap hari dan mereka membawa kami sebotol air setiap hari. Ada kulkas di kamar dan ketel di lantai dasar. Kami tinggal di lantai lima dan itu bagus, tidak berisik di malam hari. Hotel terburuk yang pernah saya tinggali, penuh kecoa, tempat tidak sehat, toilet terus mampet, jendela tidak bisa ditutup padahal AC tidak berfungsi dan bau menyengat. Selain itu, layanan sangat buruk, tidak dapat membantu kami dengan apa pun, mengeluarkan komentar yang menghina kami dan berbicara dengan kami dengan cara yang sangat angkuh.
