The check in was very easy and quick. Unfortunately while the room was accessible for a wheelchair its bathroom wast very easy for to get into and only had a tub but not a shower as I requested and there were no grab bars by the toilet. Otherwise the room was spacious and the double bed was comfortable.

Som vanlig er dette vårt favoritt hotell i Trang. Romservice er greit, men maten er ikke noe å skryte av. Vi ga beskjed om det i resepsjonen.

Room was very nice, and all staff were more than accommodating. Whenever you went to leave the hotel the door was always opened for you. The staff made all our transfers for us. Good breakfast. Prices are a bit higher for Thai standards. Beautiful pool with swim up bar. It looked like it is just about time to drain the pool, and give it a good cleaning. All in all a very pleasant stay.

服务员很热情，每次路上见到都会主动询问有什么需要的，并且帮助很多，不会乱收费，就是不大会英语，我们去的时候酒店住的人不多，白天有婚礼进行，很多当地人在这里举行婚礼仪式。

Hotellet er et meget bra sted å bo. Vi blir oppgradert pga. hyppig bruk. Kort vei til Robinson shoppingsenter med masse butikker og restauranter. Vi er derimot mindre imponert over kvaliteten på frokosten og maten på roomservice. De har nok glemt at endel gjester er faranger som synes bacon er bedre enn vannkokte skinkeskiver og kalde speilegg. Finnes ikke antydning til sjømat.

Grand et bel hôtel,propre, confortable, belle salle de bain,personnel professionnel. Très belle piscine, restaurant excellent. Tous les ingrédients sont là pour passer un agréable séjour. Nous étions seulement de passage en attendant notre vol pour le lendemain. Aucun regret d'avoir choisi cet hôtel.
