Menurut pemesanan saya, hotel ini sangat bagus. Seharusnya kamar yang saya pesan berukuran 6 meter persegi. Saya menunjukkan pemesanan saya yang 13 meter persegi, tiba-tiba dia ingin mandi tambahan sebanyak 400 kali sehari. Setelah beberapa kali mengeluh, saya mendapat kamar seluas 13 meter persegi tanpa biaya tambahan. Sayangnya, malam hari terlalu berisik karena berada di zona pejalan kaki yang ramai di malam hari.

Rigtig fint hotel til pengene. Eneste udfordring er støjen fra khaosan Road. Men det bør man have in mente når man booker hotellet i forvejen. Personalet var i tip top klasse og faciliteterne kan man ikke brokke sig over

Brilliant location, with stunning panoramic views of Bangkok from the rooftop pool. The street below was a complete madhouse, it was so noisy, you couldn’t sleep, this chaos went on till about 4am

The Khaosan Palace was a beautiful Hotel to stay. On the first day we had one of the cheaper rooms. The room itself was great but it is very near to the street and there is a very very loud Bar/Club directly on the other side of the street. Bc of this, we couldn‘t sleep until like 2am because of the noise and the bass that were veeery loud. We changed to another room the other day (into the Building where the Pool is) which was a bit more expensive than the other one, but we didn‘t mind to pay 250baht more, because it was more quiet and this room was even more beautiful and way bigger than our first one.
