No comment ne and my girlfriend visit this hotel staff was so friendly and hotel is so clean we loved this place really we had very enjoyed time there was restorant hotel they have nice turkish kitchen kamp shank so nice 🙂 hope top ser you again

We loved our stay. The general manager assisted us in everything we needed. He was such a big help and very understanding! Wonderful visit if you're in doubt seriously book this hotel. The rooms are sanitized very clean and will always be ready to accommodate to your comfortably.

I requested for early check-in befor 2 days upon arrival at 7am I have to wait to prepare the room .
After even we mentioned to debit the amount from the credit card .réception wont because they don't do email payment.as a hospitality agent i know shurly that its possible for wish reason I don't know .
Communication even not as a professional fro front office associate.
If you ordered something you have to call milion time and to wait 1h. Or they doesn't answer.
Housekeeping they just make everything on it place nothing changed.
Wifi not working all the time when you call the réception what they said ah wait 😒
Only one thing the in room dining associate talking nice and giving time for your request
Other things I trying to ovoid asking for something because I will spend my day waiting.

I have pros & cons about the hotel. Generally room service is slow. There is a general technical problem, The TV set closes itself. There was too much noise in our floor on sunday and early on monday morning. I guess there was a reconstruction in the hotel. I needed a nose spray, my husband asked for help to go out ((we are not allowed to go out) but we again found out a way ourselves to get it. When we were checking in, despite we asked for late check out and they took a note about it, they ‘ve asked to leave our room on 12:00pm.
Well, I like the hotel and staff is polite apologizing and trying to help (especially in the restaurant) but still disorganized and it should be fixed.

I stayed there for few nights. Room was comfortable and food quality was really good too. However, they can really work on their services. Called up room service at 11:05 PM which closes dinner by 11:00 PM and the only thing the operator told right after picking up the call "it's closed". Ali in room service was very charming and professional though. Staff at the front desk could be more warm and courtious.
