On check-in day this service starts with dinner and on check-out day it ends with lunch. All ski lifts are free for hotel guests. Ski lift and some outdoor facilities may not be available due to weather conditions. Please note that skiing cannot be guaranteed for December and March. Kartal Hotel offers Gala Night for New Year on 31 December 2016 until 02:00.
