I recently stayed at the 25 hours hotel in Dubai, which has a 5 star rating. While the hotel offers several positive aspects, there are areas that need improvement to meet the expectations of a luxury hotel. On the positive side, the hotels amenities, ambiance, and location are impressive. However, the initial reception during arrival left much to be desired for a 5 star establishment. There was a delay in delivering our luggage to the room, prompting us to call again after 30 minutes. Furthermore, the soaps quality did not match the expected standard. The bathroom drainage system appeared inadequate, causing water accumulation. Additionally, the delay in retrieving the car and the broken curtain added to the inconvenience during the stay. While the hotel has potential and offers some commendable features, attention to these details would significantly elevate the overall experience from good to great. Enhancing the arrival experience, ensuring timely services, and maintaining the quality of amenities will undoubtedly enhance the hotels reputation and guests satisfaction.

Excellent environment for both working, holding meetings, and unwinding after a job is done. A special thank you to jetty and alex at the front desk who looked after our room every day. The entire team was outstanding and welcoming throughout our stay.

The location is good if you are a business traveler and the night view of the museum of the future is unmatched. The pool and gym are nicely designed and of good quality. The food quality design and service are low. The interior design is based on a cool idea executed cheaply. In some way, this hotel seems to be a marketing tool for Accor, the hotel group owning it, to charge top prices without putting top investment in infrastructure and quality.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 25 hours hotel Dubai, and i must say that the receptionist, kareem, truly made my experience exceptional. From the moment i walked through the door, kareem welcomed me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, immediately making me feel welcome. Throughout my stay, kareems professionalism and friendliness were evident in every interaction. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met thanks to kareems outstanding hospitality, i have become a regular customer at the 25 hours hotel Dubai. His positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills have left a lasting impression on me, and i look forward to returning to the hotel knowing that kareem at the front desk will be in good hands. He is undoubtedly an asset to the hotel, and i cannot praise him enough for his professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for the guests.

In terms of cleanliness and service, this is one of the best hotels ive stayed at in Dubai. I had heard negative reviews about this place, but they turned out to be false. The place is beautiful, beautiful, and full of life. I will definitely visit again and thank jesi for her hospitality.

I was welcomed and made to feel special from the moment i arrived. Chantal, who took care of me during my stay, is incredibly kind and knowledgeable about the hotel! They are more than happy to accommodate you for anything you need. The room i was staying in was simply amazing! The interior design of the room is exquisite and well thought out. The room is stunning and brimming with color and artwork! The best feature of the room, however, is the breathtaking views of difc, the museum of the future, and the burj khalifa! You wont want to draw the curtains, i promise. There are many interesting areas within the hotel, and i would suggest having dinner at tandoor tina and having cocktails at monkey bar! I mostly went to the hotel to unwind. Alisa gave me an incredible massage at the spa. The staff is incredibly kind, kind, and friendly, and the facilities are excellent! I highly recommend a spa or pool day. The pool offers fantastic city views. Overall, my experience at 25 hour hotel was 10/10, and i cant wait to return!.

The rooms are satisfactory. However, it is worth noting that the shower is not private and has transparent glass walls that can be seen from the room. It would be beneficial to have smart films installed that can switch between transparent and opaque, which would enhance the overall experience.

I adored this hotel. Its trendy and trendy. I was pleased with the service provided. The rooms are cozy, and i adore the booksharing option. The hotel is conveniently located near the museum and the Dubai mall. The restaurants amenities are excellent.

Bravo to this lovely establishment. You are astounded when you first walk inside the hotel. Every single aspect has been thought out, from the lobby to the surrounding areas to the elevators. I was there for a comedy performance and fell in love with the venue right away! One day, i have to return and inspect the rooms as well!.

I would love to go back there. A really good hotel with a great energy and amazing cool and quirky things all over the place. Their attention to detail is truly remarkable. All the staff are very nice. The food in the morning is supreme, with a great selection and quality. The location is perfect and the view is amazing.
