The front desk staff were extremely friendly. The room was spacious, but the bathroom was quite small. The parking area was quite large.

The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of the magnificent mile. I highly recommend this place to stay. A great hotel with friendly staff all around. Our room was beautiful and i love how attentive the staff was if we needed anything. The french breakfast buffet was so refreshing and beautifully set up. Everything on the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a little bit of everything.

The hotel is nice and close to many attractions. The parking is expensive but very easy to access.

The staff is very nice and helpful, as is to be expected from a bonvoy property. The rooms are very modern and good sized and the hotel is clean overall. However, i felt it in need of a refreshment. My floor tiles were warped, there were cigarette burns on the curtains and the wallpaper in the halls was peeling in places. This hotel is several years old, and there have been many newer, smaller, boutique hotels opening since the ac came to Chicago.

The front desk staff, jerri, and others are outstanding. We were unaware that the pool was being renovated when we were staying at a nearby Marriott property! Swimming was one of our daughters top interests in chinese culture. We were able to access the pool and walk there thanks to jerris gracious hospitality. It was a wonderful weekend for my daughter and her cousins. The facilities were spotless, the personnel was friendly, and everyone was incredibly accommodating!.

The hotel was in a great location, and the room size was also excellent. Its clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff is friendly. They also take care of your luggage. However, it seems a little strange that housekeeping knocked on the room at 8 am.

The place is pretty nice. But what i liked most was that there was no hotel literature on top of every piece of furniture. What i didnt like was that no one bothers to tell me about amenities, breakfast hours, etc.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice. I liked the hardwood floors. They have a nice workout room with extra bottles of water and a good buffet. It does cost but if you are a Marriott member you get a discount. We love Trader Joes, there is one right around the corner and we also ate at weber grill, which was very close and also very close to gioodornas.

The room is clean, spacious, but not very comfortable. There is one straight back chair and one comfortable chair, but the comfortable chair is wedged into the corner. The bathroom is small, with no countertop space and no shelves. Walkin shower. The room is only dimly lit. The location is good, one block from mr. Autonomous front desk staff.

The location is very close to everything. The pillows were of higher quality and the sheets were comfortable. The wifi was great for browsing. The rooms were very clean and the service was great. One of the best hotels we have stayed at!.

The staff at ac marriott are amazing. Each person is nicer than the next. We had the pleasure of meeting dee in the hotel restaurant and had a delicious breakfast. Desiree welcomed us with the most professed warmth of manners. Desiree deserves all the accolades you can give her. A true asset to the company as a whole.

We will definitely be back. The front desk was very nice and pleasant, our housekeeper danyelle made sure our room was nice and clean, asked if we need additional amenities, breakfast attendants patrick and Desiree were very professional made sure we knew how breakfast went Desiree made my eggs nice and soft with cheese as i asked. This hotel is very nice and has great service.

We had such a great night because everything was within walking distance and we had the opportunity to see the breathtaking skyscrapers in the us third largest city. We stayed here on a whim on a Saturday night in the middle of downtown chicago. We paid less than $200! The front desk was fantastic, i wish i could remember her name. Before booking, she suggested we book with a package in order to receive parking -in and out, and not pay the $60 per night - and a couple of cocktails from their upstairs lounge. She also asked us if we preferred a view or a larger room, which was very hospitable.

This is our second time staying here. Kids love it here and its in such a great location. Everyone is so nice here! Jacob took care of my requests and was so kind. Dog friendly too! Last time we brought our husky.

We got a great deal on a twonight stay here. Nothing wrong with this hotel. The room was nicely done and spacious. Parking was included in the package we bought. We didnt choose valet, it was no problem to self park.
