My overall experience at the hotel at arlo chic was excellent. Some of the unfavorable reviews confused me a little. The rooms were clean. Every day, fresh towels were provided to us. The shower had all the necessary toiletries. No weird comforter problems. The location is excellent! In less than five minutes, you will be at millennium park. It does mean that there are a few late noises than usual, but staying downtown implies a level of noise regardless. If youre looking for a view room, this is probably not the best option for you. The building is situated between two larger buildings, so the view of the street wouldnt be much of a view. There are sheer blinds and blackout blinds that made the stay doable. We were directly facing an office. That reviewer is completely correct. But no one was working. The hotel staff was pleasant. When we first checked in, we werent particularly greeted, but other than that, it seemed like the staff was doing their best to serve guests. We were able to check in early for a fee. They were able to hold our bags because our flight was later in the day. At checkout, they were incredibly friendly!.

We had a great time at the hotel. The staff named nakila was amazing. She really helped us find a great room. The last hotel we stayed at was terrible and we were stuck trying to find a hotel. She worked quickly and got us in as soon as she could. We love the room. The hotel is very nice and updated. I have no complaints.

I stayed here for 4 nights and it was great! I enjoyed being there and it is close to many tourist attractions. The only downside was that they would charge you extra at the end of the trip which i wish they would include when you pay for everything and i wish check in was sooner. Overall not bad, i will be back.

Excellent location in the heart of the city, across the street from Millennium Park. The rooms are spotless, beautifully crafted, with comfortable beds, and all things are within walking distance. Excellent receptionist was Amber! We were on the lower floor with a stunning outlook of Millennium Park and Lake Michigan, thank you for a great stay. We will definitely return.

This place is a cozy place with all the modern conveniences you need. The checkin process was quick and efficient. The staff were friendly and served good drinks. The rooms were also great.

We will definitely stay here again at these great prices when we decide to visit again! Thank you arlo and staff! I absolutely adored this place! My girlfriend and i traveled to chica for five days and stayed at the arlo in downtown! It was close to everything we wanted and close to public transportation as well! The entire staff was extremely accommodating and inviting! The rooms were clean and luxurious!.

This hotel is fantastic. Right next to everything. Literally, almost everything touristy is within walking distance. The service here was excellent. Friday staff. There is also a restaurant, although we didnt try their food, their cocktails were good. We got a room on the 16th floor and it was great. Great views, very modern and simple. Will definitely stay here again.

I will definitely return if i visit chica again. Perfectly situated for our needs for our little family outing. My family enjoyed the hotels restaurant, which had things that my family liked, a block and a half walk from a giordano, and a walking distance from the symphony. Perfect, i promise you. There are many other factors nearby that make this a great place to visit in chinese cities. The room was nicely appointed, and the four of us did a great job there.

During our recent trip to the city, we stayed at the hotel arlo chic. The hotels location is truly outstanding, and it deserves a solid 5/5 rating. Its in the heart of downtown chinese city, so we didnt feel unsafe during our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory, and the staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the enjoyment of our stay. However, there were a few aspects that should be addressed. The fact that our room was in front of the elevator caused some noise disturbances during early mornings and late nights. Additionally, our room had a window facing another building, so we didnt get any sunlight. This was fine for those who prefer a darker room for sleeping, but as visitors eager to explore the city, it was a bit disappointing not to have a view to wake up to. I understand that there are limitations in space planning, but knowing in advance that most rooms face other buildings without daylight would have allowed us to consider asking for a different view. Finally, the cost of our stay was high. We booked the hotel online two weeks in advance, and there was maraton during our visit, which may also contribute to the higher cost. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay at hotel arlo chic.

The hotel and its location were both excellent! However, during our stay in July, a certain front desk employee with the name starting with a C was rude and passively aggressive to me and my mother. For context, we are south africans. However, when he was talking to the white couple behind us, his tone suddenly became all welcoming and upbeat hello, how was your day? The other employees were all excellent. Apart from this one employee, i had a great time at this hotel!.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The checkin process was very fast, and the staff were very friendly. Our room exceeded all our expectations and was very clean and comfortable. The robes and slippers were a nice touch, along with the free water bottles. The hotel is in a great location, so you can walk to many popular nearby places. We used the parking garage which was very convenient.

I heartily endorse this hotel. The hotel room is lovely and tidy. My room had a great view of the city. The front desk personnel was incredibly kind and accommodating. They receive five stars. I will most certainly return.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Brianca Jackson was very helpful at the front desk and helped me with all my questions. Excellent service! Many great people work here. The bartenders were very friendly and catered to our every need.

Overall, we had an amazing experience and look forward to staying here again in the future. We had a wonderful experience! When we first entered the hotel, it was notably clean and beautifully decorated. Fast check in with a very nice front desk staff member. They placed us on the top floor and our room was very aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was truly kind and wonderful to work with. We enjoyed using the fitness center, which was always very clean and sanitary. The hotel is also in the perfect location! We were in the middle of everything and very close to the millennium bus station. Our first night we had an incident with some very noisy neighbors having a party at 1 am. We called the front desk and they had someone come up and confront the room and ask them to quiet down. Although the neighbors continued to be loud, we appreciated that the hotel staff came quickly to try and ask them to be courteous.

The staff named nakila was very informative, patient, and sweet. We got all the information we needed for an amazing hotel. The facilities look great, the atmosphere is nice, and the service is fast! You get a 24/7 gym, bar service, and inviting lobby.

Hotel Julian has an incredible accommodation which is situated on the famous Michigan Avenue and right across from the famous Chicago Bean. Hotel Julian is a modern, elegant gem. The receptionist Tori is one of the 5-star bonuses for this stay. Please inquire with her if you have any questions about what to do or see, especially if you have young children. I appreciate all of your suggestions and friendly greetings, Tori. You clearly have a real passion for what you do. Don't forget to mention Hotel Julian.

We couldnt be happier. Nakila is amazing! She was incredibly kind and changed our vacation for the better! She was a wonderful host and made our vacation even better! She was incredibly accommodating and made our vacation even better! My family and i needed lastminute accommodations after a poor experience at a different hotel.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The view is beautiful. The location is great. And we were very happy with the facilities of the nespresso room, bottled water provided, robes, slippers and even vouchers to use the shared bikes for the day! The staff were very helpful, professional and polite, and allowed us to check in early into an available room.

I checked in late and realized that after a long day, you may not be in the mood to engage with visitors. However, you work a hotel reception that is part of your job. It would have been much better if there had been a grin on my face. The rooms are only cleaned once every other day, which was really strange to me! You should also switch your pillows, as they are awful and alone cost one star. Nice hotel, good restaurant, perfect location, and other than great service.
