Really great location in Soho and easy to get anywhere in the city. The room was nothing special, but did the job. Great if you're not planning on spending any time in your room, which you shouldn't because you're in NYC. One thing that was a little odd was the entire room was controlled using an iPad and the iPad was very slow. I ended up downloading the CitizenM app of my phone to control the room instead. Also there weren't many charming outlets or options for charging like a lot of other hotels have these days. Also breakfast was lack lust for $21.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in NYC! Ich hatte das Vergnügen, im citizenM New York Bowery zu übernachten, und es war wirklich eine grossartige Erfahrung. Das Hotel bietet eine unschlagbare Kombination aus modernem Design, hervorragendem Service und einer fantastischen Lage. Die Zimmer sind zwar kompakt, aber extrem gut durchdacht. Alles ist super modern, von der Raumbeleuchtung bis hin zur Klimaanlage, die über ein iPad gesteuert wird. Die Betten sind riesig und unglaublich bequem – perfekt, um nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt zu entspannen. Die Lage des Hotels könnte nicht besser sein. Es liegt mitten in Bowery, von wo aus man bequem zu Fuss oder mit der U-Bahn alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten Manhattans erreichen kann. Besonders hat mir die Dachterrasse gefallen, die eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Skyline von New York bietet – ein echtes Highlight! Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Egal, ob es um Restaurantempfehlungen oder Tipps für die Stadt ging, sie standen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Insgesamt bietet das citizenM ein grossartiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, vor allem in einer Stadt wie New York, wo Hotels oft überteuert sind. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen und kann es jedem, der einen stilvollen und bequemen Aufenthalt in New York sucht, nur wärmstens empfehlen! Das einzige was ein bischen störend ist, sind die Obdachlosen vor dem Hotel.

Loved the hotel, room, rooftop bar and staff! The people that hang out around the hotel at night are very sketchy and will ask for money. The hotel did have security that stood out there to keep these people moving on. Regardless, I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with amazing public spaces - specifically the lobby, cafe/bar, and the rooftop patio/bar. The rooms are small (think cruise ship cabin) and can really only accommodate two people (who really like each other). But the hotel is in a great location with excellent views from the higher floors, attentive and friendly staff and convenient amenities.
