A refundable incidental deposit in the amount of 150 USD per room per night for standard rooms is collected upon check in.
Children of age 17 and younger stays for free with existing bedding and children must be accompanied by an adult of 21 years or older in the same room.
The check in time for the property will at 3PM and the check out will be before 11AM.The minimum age to stay at the property is 21 years old.
All reservations are subject to a resort fee of $45 per night plus current local tax . Resort Fee Inclusions : ▪Standard Wi-Fi ,Self-parking ,Local calls & Fitness center access.
Self and valet parking charges will apply for non hotel guests. Pricing to follow at a later date andsubject to change at Hotels discretion at anytime.
All rooms and suites are smoke free. There is a USD 500 deep cleaning fee charged for smoking in a designated non-smoking room. Any additional fees and costs that may be incurred to deep clean and/or repair a guest room may also apply. Marijuana products are prohibited in guest rooms and throughout the resort. Violation of this policy may result in eviction and/or trespass from the hotel.
For additional guest in which the reservations with total number of guests exceeds the standard room occupancy will be subjected to an additional person fee of USD 50 per guest, per night.
Guests requiring a rollaway bed will be subject to either the rollaway bed fee of USD 50 per night or the additional person fee of USD 50 per night.
Hotel reserves the right to require early departure for pets causing excessive noise or public disturbance.Violation of this policy may result in eviction and/or trespass from the Hotel. Hotel guest is responsible for any and all injuries and/or damages caused by pet.
The accepted credit cards at the hotel are Visa,Mastercard ,Discover, American Express,Diner’s Club & JTB.
