Considering they’re under full renovations, I’m not going to sit here and knock them for that. Every business has to do this at some point and some people complain horribly about anything. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff was great! I’ve stayed there several times and I will continue to do so.

This wqa juat an overnight stay while driving form Georgia to NYC. The staff was lovely checking in and out, the beds were comfortable ans the bathroom amenities were unexpected and delightful. We booked this room at the last minute and the value was dtill very good. Area was clean ans safe as well aa the property and the room. The neighborhood seemed very nice and i would definitely stay here again and explore the area more.

Everyone was helpful and friendly at the front desk.Noah and his copartner took really good care of me at checkin. Emily was great at check out. I chose this property for the convivence and location. It is right behind my favorite restaurant the Silver diner. I had reservation with another property that called me at the last minute to say no longer had a room they overbooked. Offered no help at all on the closet hotel to them. I remembered this hotel that I had stayed before, so I booked right away. You have won me over; I will stay here again in the future. I am in Richmond 2 times a month on the weekend. I will recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel in a good location. By the way I worked for Marriott for 12 years, so I know all about what should happen at a great property.
