This hotel is in a great location. The room was extremely clean. I asked for a kettle and could collect it immediately.
Limited options for breakfast although lots of options literally a couple of minutes walk away.
The staff here are top notch.

Beautiful property! My wife and I stayed here recently for a vacation and couldnt have been more satisfied! Anne-Marie at the front desk was wonderful! We will be back next time in the area! Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality!

This hotel has a great location. Right in the middle of San Fran. Its within walking distance to Chinatown, walking distance to the pier and a whole host of restaurants. The location is the best part. The rooms need updating. They were drab and not consistent with what I would expect from Hilton in San Francisco. Below ground parking is a nice option but pricey.

Huge check in queues, really overpriced food, different wings with some good and some really outdated, not the best location. Not too expensive though :) San Fran ain't cheap but I'll look elsewhere next time.

The rooms are nice, standard Hitlon rooms. The cafe and store are really good. The lobby bar is great and very large. Since we were here for business, meeting in the bar for meetings makes it really easy rather than booking meeting space at other hotels. Yes, San Fran is experiencing some crime issues but security is great at this hotel.
