There were too many tiny speed bumps on this property. They definitely do the trick to keep speeds down and therefore I assume the pedestrians safe, so I get it. But they are so jarring, and there are so many of them. We were dreading them any time we went in and out, and had to hold our coffees up in the air to try not to get spilled on.

There was an unexpected event at the hotel. A sinkhole opened up adjacent to the hotel. There was no water service to the hotel. The staff handled the event with great professionalism. Kept huests updated and offered bottled water and credit for the days stay. The staff were stars!

We stayed for two days on our trip to Ashville. Our rooms were very clean and the staff was very polite. Loved the location, lots of places to eat at a walking distance. The downtown was a short drive. Loved the breakfast options and the server was super polite. Will surely visit again!
