This hotel is definitely my top favorite vacation & experience I’ve had in a long time! The room was very clean & beautifully decorated. It’s at the beginning of the strip & had security as well. LOVED the staff, got to meet the owner and she was super sweet, helpful and she was working around the hotel. You can tell she really loves catering and keeping this place kept well. They have breakfast sent to your room if you choose to as well when you book hotel. We will be making this our go to when we make our trips to Vegas for sure!

Was in town for the WNBA all-star game and it was fantastic that it was a short 10 minute walk to the arena from the hotel. There was one issue with the AC unit and took a while for the room to cool down but other than that staff were awesome and service was impeccable!

We really enjoyed the Nirvana hotel. The rooms are recently renovated and are clean and comfortable. The rooms have a very nice smell, however the smell can be kind of strong and overwhelming (we could still smell it on our clothes when we got home). New A/C units kept the rooms nice and cool in the July heat. The use of pin enabled door locks is a nice touch and eliminates the need to have a key. I really liked the fact that the hotel utilizes a text message system to communicate with you before, during, and after your stay. You can text the front desk and will get a quick response. They will even send you your room number and door lock code if you check in late, which is really nice. My only complaint is the area. It is nice that its directly across the street from Mandalay Bay but the area feels sketchy. Once the sun goes down, south of the hotel is full of crackheads and ghetto people. We went into the Shell up the road after sun down and we felt very sketchy. Wouldn't recommend it unless you carry a firearm or pepper spray. All in all the Nirvana was a nice hotel, affordable, and conveniently placed at the south end of the strip.

This place far exceeded our expectations. It is right off the strip and across the street from the Mandalay Bay/ Delano hotel. It is a much more affordable option if you are looking to do Vegas on the cheap but still be by all of the main attractions. Free parking, which is incredible considering the location. Also right beside a McDonald’s, pandas express and a yummy Mexican takeout place. It’s an older motel that has been redone & it’s super cute with an adorable little courtyard in the back. The staff was lovely & there were free coffee and donuts in the morning. We felt super safe in our room. Could not recommend more.

Great little rehabbed motel across from Mandalay. Bed and breakfast is extra if you paid for it ahead of time, and it's a 'box" breakfast. Didn't inquire beyond that. But, if you need a clean place to lay your head for the night, that doesn't break the bank, this is the spot

I'd say the highlight of our stay was the service and meeting the lovely owners. You will not find more delightful proprietors anywhere on or off the strip. The personal service was top notch. The rooms are simple, but had everything we needed. Everything was clean and in perfect working order. The mini fridge was stocked with bottled water, and even had ice trays, which was especially nice. In the evening the area around the hotel was very quiet. Security was present at all hours, and I felt quite safe. If I ever visit Las Vegas again, I will be booking my stay at Nirvana Hotel.

We booked the Nirvana Hotel for a very specific purpose and it was awesome! We spent three nights on the Strip and our last day in Vegas included a car rental and quick trips to Red Rocks and Hoover Dam before our early evening flight home. We got a room at the Nirvana to have a 2-3 hour spot near the airport for R&R and showers to freshen up and chill before our flight. It was perfection. Super easy access. Incredibly helpful, accommodating staff, free parking three steps from our room. Room was spotless and cool (AC was doing the job on a 99 degree afternoon) with unexpected touches for a "basic" type of place including cold water bottles in the fridge and comfy robes waiting for us on hangars. Maybe the best $60 we spent in Vegas!!
