A major credit card is required upon check-in and will be authorized for an incidental deposit of USD 100 per day. Resort fees and in-room incidentals will be charged against this deposit; any remaining unused funds may be unavailable for up to 5 business days.
A Resort Fee of USD 62.30 applies to each night of guests' stay, and will be collected at the time of check-in. Resort Fee plus applicable tax will be displayed in the total room charges but will not be collected at the time of booking.
The property daily Resort Fee provides the following:
In-room Wi-Fi Internet access, Fitness center and in-season pool access, Two complimentary bottles of water, Local and toll-free phone calls, Airline boarding pass printing, Notary services for registered hotel guests during business hours and Exclusive on-property perks valued at over USD 150 via digital savings pass.

Check-in or check-out outside the mentioned hours may be subject to an additional charge.
Early check-in is allowed at 11:00 AM and will be on a request basis only on the day of arrival.
Extra bed is a rollaway bed and is subject to availability.

Guests arriving after 10:00 PM are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival.
Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.
Only Service Animals are permitted in rooms. Should the room be found of reparations or deep cleaning a fee may be accessed.
Refrigerators are available at additional cost on a request basis only; subject to availability. The fee to be waived if deemed for medical purposes.
The maximum stay for a guest is 14 nights.
The minimum age required to check in is 21 years.
