Airport Shuttle:
Shuttle Service to O'Hare International Airport runs every 30 minutes from 3:30 am to 11:30 pm. Pick up from airport to the hotel at :15 and :45 of the hour.
Pickup location is at Bus Shuttle Center Door #3 for Domestic Flights. Call our front desk at 847-954-8600 for International Terminal pickup at Door E in Terminal 5.
The ATS Airport Transit System is now running 24 hours to the Car Rental Hub - which is a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Incidentals Fee:
Please note upon arrival, guest must provide credit card for hotel to authorize $50 per night. If no charges are incurred during stay, hold will be released within 7-10 business days.

Destination Fee:
Room rates are subject to a daily Destination Fee of $19.00 (plus applicable taxes), which includes:

24/7 access to state-of-the-art fitness center
Basic Wi-Fi for unlimited devices
2 bottled waters upon arrival
In-room coffee/tea offering
$5 daily food & beverage credit at The Marketplace
Airport shuttle service

Checking In:
In order to check-in, guest name must be on the reservation and guest must be 21 years of age or older.

Parking:
Enjoy 24-hour self-parking on-site in a well-lit lot. Parking is an additional fee.

Non-Smoking Policy:
Sonesta Chicago O'Hare Airport is a non-smoking hotel.

Take advantage of our shuttle service to and from the O’Hare International Airport every 30 minutes between 3:30AM and 11:30PM. As of February 1, 2024 all passenger pick-ups will occur at Terminal 2, Middle Lane, Door 2E for both domestic and international arrivals.Additionally, the Airport Transit System (ATS) is available 24 hours a day, taking you to the Car Rental Hub, a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
