Firstly the desk staff and valets were all amazing ! We had a beautiful room on the first floor. It was huge with a wonderful view of the otters and seals. The amenities were great. Wine and cheese reception etc.. very much appreciated. The only issue was we couldn’t figure out how to control the temp in the room. It got very hot. We did open windows but the ocean was a bit wild that night so it was very loud. Overall this place was excellent. The decor is a bit dated but it was a great hotel. Would stay again for sure.

We stay at the Spindrift when we come to Monterey and wouldn't stay anywhere else. It is the most beautiful Hotel on Cannery Row. The staff is amazing and the views are breath taking. We LOVE this place and will come here for the rest of our lives!
