The property is beautiful and centrally located in the city. Easy to find and easy to get in and out of. The rooms are very large with amenities to allow you to stay for extended periods of time and comfortable (fridge, kitchen sink, cutlery, glasses, microwave, and more). The room configurations are designed for groups to stay in the room with a Jack and Jill style bathroom setup to avoid disturbing people sleeping when needing to use the restroom. The restaurants are fantastic with good pizza, Philly Cheesesteaks, Oreo smoothies, and gaming. I did not have a chance to use the pool or gym, but the setup looked very nice. It is a very busy hotel on the weekends so keep in mind the parking lot can get full but they have a parking garage. They have a shuttle that runs very consistently to the strip and other places and they have a 24hr Denny's on the property. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The management team Patty and Lindah are very kind and provide excellent customer service. I was very impressed. The front desk staff, security, and housekeeping team members were always very kind and talkative. The pricing is fair for what is offered, keep in mind there is a typical resort fee, but this is common for the industry. They as well are working on renovations to keep the property updated, which is great. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great and family oriented! Heated pool is lovely! Great spot to venture from to do the kid friendly Las Vegas things! 3min from Silverton Bass Pro shop that has a mermaid show in the giant sea aquarium! Enjoyed everything! Love the free shuttle into "town" option for grown up time at night as well!

The place was newly remodeled and very clean. The front desk staff was a bit rude during check-in, but fortunately, I didn't have to interact with them afterward. I really appreciated that Tower 5 is conveniently located next to the parking garage, making parking easy and access hassle-free.

I’ve stayed at this property multiple times and every time the experience is wonderful. Only issue I had this time around was that there was only one working elevator in my tower due to renovations and there wasn’t an ice machine on my floor. That said, I appreciate the regular free shuttles to the strip and the quality of the room itself.
