Beautiful property, walking distance to the museums. Wonderful hosts , absolutely lovely time during the vine hour ( vine and charcuterie board were complimentary) , breakfast was also included, but we were checking out really early (before 6 am) so weren’t able to enjoy it , but we been giving a package with baked goods and fruits for the road which was such a nice touch and greatly appreciated !

I wish we had 6 stars for this Inn. Meticulously restored 1900 mansion. Glorious public spaces. Lovely guest rooms with top of the line finishes. Delicious cooked breakfast, nightly happy hour. Safe off street parking. The staff treated us like family. We didn’t want to leave! Magnificent!!

Beautiful old home and suite. Very clean, comfortable and the breakfast was first-rate. The hosts are welcoming and have an eye for detail that makes this a special and highly recommended experience. Walkable to numerous dining options and several museums. Only downside was traffic noise in the evening that mostly abated after about midnight so if you are noise-sensitive consider booking a room at the middle or back, but don’t let this stop you from experiencing this fantastic inn.

My stay was brief, unfortunately, and I had to stay alone due to a business trip, but I will absolutely be returning with my wife so we can enjoy the stay together. Everything exceeded my expectations and the service was top notch and breakfast was amazing. Thank you for a great stay and I can’t wait to return.

My wife and I stayed at The Boulevard Inn for a quick weekend trip and everything about it was top notch. Mitch and Roni are amazing and welcoming, and willing to help in any way. The breakfasts and evening wine/food were so well done. Our room was immaculate. The whole is great. You can walk to the museums, shops, food, etc. Perfect location and place to stay. Book it - you won't be disappointed!

The place was absolutely amazing! Beautiful and Welcoming! Jeffrey greeted us, place was adorned with fresh flowers. Provided us with a tour, assisted with luggage and showed us to our room. Gave us restaurant ideas and was willing to assist with reservations if needed. The place was clean and beautiful! The owners greeted us in the morning with fresh coffees, juice, pastries of all kinds and quiches! We could not say enough good things about our one night stay! Just fantastic and Thank you!

This is a very warm & friendly place - the hosts do a wonderful job of providing all the comforts of home in a beautiful setting. Tne bedroom, dining area and library were very clean & tidy. The breakfast was delicious. And it's in a great location.

Our visit was flawless from check in to checkout. It was our second visit, after discovering this beautiful place in October. Enjoyed our stay so much, that we promised to return to explore holiday decorations and the Christmas vibe. Location is excellent, facilities so comfortable, food too delicious, and attentiveness was impeccable. We can't wait to return!

Outstanding in every respect. Handsome restoration of 1914 home down to the smallest details. Mitch was a warm, gracious host with many helpful suggestions on places to dine and visit while in Richmond. Wonderful, relaxed but elegant wine and cheese serving, a tasty breakfast of fresh fruit, warm baked goods, terrific coffee and tea options, plus an offering of quiche. Our room was lovely, our bed very comfortable, and our bath and shower options were excellent. Every comfort seemed anticipated and and provided for. One of the best places, large or small, we’ve ever stayed.

A beautiful building with free parking. Room, bed, welcome and hospitality exceptional and breakfast delicious. But…. there is no escaping the extremely noisy traffic outside that no amount of noise machine or earplugs could mask. With motorbikes and cars revving uncaringly outside until 3:30am it was impossible to sleep and relax. I know this is not the fault at all of the owners but it has to be taken into consideration before booking. Loved the hosts who couldn’t do more for us - from breakfast to directions, dinner reservation guidance, cheese and wine in the evening and really helpful all round.

Nicely remodeled but small rooms and very, very noisy, located on the corner of 2 busy roads, lots of extremely loud cars, music and shouting from the road until at least 3 am making it very difficult to get any sleep.
