I had a great time during my stay here! Superb location and cozy rooms. I must commend the front desk staff, especially ricky! He was incredibly personable and he was an enjoyable sight to see when i was at the desk, but every member of the staff held their own and attended to all of our inquiries and requests. Im hoping to return someday.

The room was immaculate, offered a stunning outlook, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. While the breakfast was adequate, the dining area provided ambiance that was both enjoyable and relaxing. I must commend Rickey at the reception for his exceptional hospitality, he truly stood out as the kindest and most courteous individual i have encountered during my stay in new york. Thank you for being so accommodating and friendly!.

This hotel was one of the best hotels ive stayed at in a while! A hidden gem! The rooms were spacious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean and safe and its location makes us feel safe.

The rooms are nice and clean, they feel modern. Just that alive is worth 3 stars. The room is quite small, just enough to fit the bed. No water, no moisturizer in the bathroom, not glasses, nothing in a mini bar. I would be pretty disappointed if i wasnt happy that everything felt clean and in good condition. Its ok to crash.

This is a lovely little hotel just ten blocks from the 9/11 memorial. The rooms are small because this is an inn in manhattan, but they are spotlessly clean, modern, and welldesigned to make the most of the space. Its incredibly pleasant and subtle. Very cozy and immaculately white linens, pillows, etc. We didnt have many opportunities to use the hotels amenities because we were so busy, however, there were no issues. On the sixth floor, we wish we had time to utilize the wonderful bar and balcony. Because there is construction going on during the day and some scaffolding out front, it was possible to get the room for remarkably low rates given the cost of living in the area during holiday season. You wont find any of these Manhattan hotels at night, which is not at all typical of them. This location is ideal for you if youre doing business close to the world trade center, otherwise, you should plan on wearing comfortable shoes and getting ready to board cabs or an Uber unless you want to go to

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, just a short distance from the 911 memorial. The rooms are brand new and immaculate, and the beds are comfortable. When multiple guests check in at once, the lobby becomes chaotic and has incredibly little space. At best, staff was lukewarm.

The room was large and very comfortable. Although the air conditioning was a bit noisy, it didnt interfere with sleep. The hotel was very clean, and everyone who helped me was polite and friendly. I only gave it four stars because it is incredibly inconvenient for cabs or ubers to access because its surrounded by oneway streets. When i arrived at the hotel, my driver stopped at his corner and showed me that it would be much quicker and easier for me to walk 20 feet than for him to go all the way around the block to take me back to the front door. There is an extensive construction project right next door, but they stopped promptly, so the noise wasnt disruptive. Others have mentioned the lack of small amenities such as shower caps, bottled water, etc. While ive agreed that putting on sanitary towels and shower cap would have been simple additions, im sure the motel would provide them if asked. A reviewer had earlier complained about the hotels lacking potable water when he saw it, which irritates me since nyc tap water is extremely potabile. Go ahead and spend $10 on drinking water unless you want to be luxurious and purchase distilled water instead.

I would always stay here again! I adored this location! My room was roomy and had a fantastic view of the one wtc and the 9/11 memorial. I also saw the river. After navigating new york for ages after slogging through ny, i relished grabbing erectile chairs next to the large window. The bed was cozy and big. Everything was spotless. It was ideal for resting after an exhausting day. My apartment had an empty fridge and remodeled wardrobe, which ive used for my own purchases. Because it is more peaceful but has plenty to see and explore, im loving the fidi. Rector street and washc are both very close by. Large restroom that is also immaculate. Although he only reserved the hotel for three nights, his stay was extended to six.

We can absolutely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The rooms are clean, nice and modern, and the view from our 22nd floor room is stunning! We got a free upgrade to our room, which was great. And the hotel staff is very friendly, especially Elena, who checked us in and gave us great recommendations for restaurants around the hotels. Breakfast is also really good, mostly organic, with the best croissants we have ever had.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. There is no gym or free bottled water. Also, there is absolutely no microwave in the entire hotel, at least they refused to heat our food from takeout. Overall good value and very convenient to everything. Great location near wtc, nice view on upper floors.

This is my second time here and im very happy. Nice europeanstyle breakfast, no bacon or omelets. Fruits and bagels, hardboiled eggs, etc. If you are driving, you cant pull up directly in front, which means unloading in the rain is annoying! Not their fault, though. Manhattan construction. Overall very nice.

We had a fantastic time when visiting new york city for the first time! The hotel was spotless, the lobby was contemporary, and the personnel were very welcoming. Many thanks to Johan, angel, undo, as well as tojohan for listening to us and taking care of our concerns with such compassion and consideration. They gave us the room we wanted at first and treated us with great care! We will most certainly stay at this hotel again because the experience was fantastic! Many thank you so much, guys! We will undoubtedly return in the future! Make a reservation at this hotel! I was initially skeptical, but let me tell you, this location did not let down! A true hidden gem in downtown manhattan. They upgraded our room when we arrived for my birthday. Ive read reviews where checking in can be difficult, yet if you schedule it correctly, you wont be sorry. After leaving saturday morning for boarding etiquette, we were welcomed right away. The hotel was welcoming, quiet, and spotless when guests checked in. Additionally, they had four elevators, which made getting to our accommodation simple and quick. It was incredibly safe because the elevator required your key card. We were given king river cloud accommodation, with sweeping views of the oneworld trade center and the river. Amazing new york city views could be seen from the floor to ceiling windows! When i made the reservation, ive been skeptical of all the reviews complaining about the lack of hot water. For the first four nights, there was no hot shower for one night. To put it mildly, the water was more or less warm. Housekeeping was consistent every day. There was plenty of activity in terms of socializing, especially during the daytime. Although there is construction going on, it didnt bother us at all. Being that the hotels entrance was concealed made us feel safer and gave the hotel

We had a great time during our stay, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Every day, the room was cleaned, even though we left scribbles saying it wasnt necessary. The location is ideal, you can check out the memorial without ever meeting anyone around and wake up early with coffee and bottled coffee from ion bottles. Our apartment was on the ninth floor, which had an amazing view. I was pleasantly disappointed that the terrace wasn't open and that it hadnt been communicated to the safe down the stairs, but we were prepared for our morning and evening stays there, so thank you.
