• At Check-In, Sohotel will place USD 250 hold on the credit card provided for all incidentals that may occur during your stay and or missing room items. These funds will be released at Check-out and may take up to 30 days to be returned depending on issuing bank. Please note that all debit cards will take the money directly out of your account.

Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification.
