我們是2個人入住，房間大門的門卡只有給1張，櫃檯人員也不願意再多給1張方卡，不方便。酒店外週遭的生活機能很差，買東西、吃東西都不方便。櫃檯人員會說中文。早餐不錯。

Breakfast was excellent, staff is friendly and helpful. But room is no window, too small compares with the pictures. Have baby swimming pool. (18ft long and 3ft deep) .😅

Great place in an authentic Saigon/HCM City neighborhood. Pool is a little small. Breakfast is good quality. Bathroom (king suite) spacious and bed clean and comfortable.

中国資本による経営ホテルだと想像されます。ビジネスユースでしたが　特に問題はありませんでした。強いて言うと、付近にコンビニが無い（Megaという大型ショッピングセンターは徒歩５分）のが不便でした。また　朝食は最低限という感じでしょうか。屋上にジャグジーがありますが　規模的にもイマイチなので　これを期待して宿泊されることはお勧めできません。料金は現地決済としましたが　クレジットカードでの決済の場合は　２．５％の決済手数料が上乗せされます。

I stayed here for 3 days and I had a good stay. The staff is friendly and the hotel is quiet. The only downside is that you don’t get enough hot water for a shower. I probably will stay here again when I am visiting my friend who lives nearby.

窓のある部屋に部屋のグレードアップをしてくれてよかったです。でも、その部屋にあった窓も建物の中心部にある明り取り用のスペースに面した窓で外の景色は見えず、暗い感じがしました。

Property is not worth 3 stars in the district 6. For the charges they charge per night a standard room with window. Breakfast time is not even worth the price when the food is always low cold and by 45 minute to ending there’s no more for the customer…kitchen plans and calculation suck. Quan 1 has 3 stars hotel same price as they charge in there, but breakfast is plenty and is not totally stricter to a time limit…I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

It was an odd experience. When I checked in the staff wanted to confiscate my passport for the duration of my stay after they had kept a photocopy of it. I was shocked and insisted that I keep my passport with me. Then the staff offered the other option of paying a 500k dong deposit. I took that option of course. It was weird because if there was that option in the first place which is a common practice why did they need to insist on collecting my passport when none of my other Japanese colleagues were told to submit their passports for keeping or to pay a security deposit? During my checkout after my stay had ended I asked the staff and they said it was because they had a lot of unruly Chinese customers which again did not make sense since I’m a Singaporean. Perhaps the staff thought that just because I speak Chinese it meant that I’m of Chinese nationality. The room I was given had some issues with air conditioning. Even though I had switched the timer off, the air conditioner would go off automatically at 5plus in the morning and I’d wake up in a sweat and have to switch it on again. It wasn’t that much of a problem since I had to wake up for work around that time but it was just somewhat annoying. All in all, while the hotel was a decent one for the price, the initial experience of being told that my passport had to be confiscated left a very nasty taste in my mouth.
