The staff is extremely pleasant, I really liked the breakfast and they were very helpful with tours, transport, etc. The room was a standard dorm, really nothing to complain about, maybe a bit too expensive for what you get, but still much cheaper than most surrounding places! The bathroom floods quite quickly when you take a shower.

After a hourlong ride to hue on motorbikes with a lot of rain, we booked a private room at the Bonjour hostel. The room was nice, hot shower, and in the middle of everything. Both na and her receptionist staff were very helpful and pleasant for the 2 nights we stayed. I will definitely stay at Bonjour again in the future. Thank you once more.

This is a great location in the middle of hue city. Quench is a very accommodating and helpful host. I originally planned to remain for a week but extended because I liked the hostel and the welcoming staff. They have everything to plan your visit to hue. Definitely want to stay again.

The price does not include the room, so I decided to go with a private room. I feel uncomfortable if we come here because I heard other people are suggesting it but they were not true. The rooms are small with uncomfortable beds and filthy walls. The bathroom has mildew and is constantly damp. The employee apologized but said if the price does not represent the room. There is also good breakfast and service there. The breakfast that we were served with eggs and bread even with no jamm is a disappointment. Despite that, they only provide bread and eggs to make us feel uncomfortable. We decided to book a private room for 11 dollars because we saw a lot of recommendation and they were far from reality. The room was small, the bed not cozy, the walls were dirty, the bathroom had mold and was constantly damp. When we talk to the manager about the situation she admits that the price does not represent the room, but they also compensate with good breakfast and service. The staff was welcoming until we came to complain that breakfast is only egg and bread even without a butterjam. After a long chat, she said we can get a discount if you cancel from papplication, of course there is no cancellation policy for papplication.
