In compliance with Vietnam’s Government Law, guests must provide a valid form of government-regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, permanent resident card, or temporary resident card, etc.) and a valid entry/exit visa (for foreigners) upon check-in.  A cash or credit card security deposit of VND 1,000,000 per room per night is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.
