Surcharge policy

- Extra bed surcharge: 400,000 VND/bed/night (including breakfast); Surcharge for 3rd adult (extra person): 300,000 VND/person/night (include breakfast and no extra bed)
- Policy for children: children under 6 years old get free breakfast when sharing a bed with parents (maximum 02 children). Children from 6 to under 12 years old sharing a bed with parents will be charged an additional fee of 150,000 VND/child/night. Children 12 years and older are considered adults and are required to have an extra bed or an extra person surcharge.

Check-in/check-out policy:
Check-in: after 2:00 p.m
Check-out: before 12:00

Check-in from 9:00 a.m. to before 2:00 p.m., check-out from after 12:00 p.m. to before 3:00 p.m.: 30% of the room rate based on the walk-in rate.
Check-in from 6:00 a.m. to before 9:00 a.m., check-out from after 3:00 p.m. to before 6:00 p.m.: 50% of the room rate based on the walk-in rate.
Check-in before 6:00 am, check-out after 6:00 pm: 100% of the room rate based on the walk-in rate.
Children are allowed to stay at the hotel (surcharge policy according to hotel policy).
