위치가 좋았어요 방 넓고 침대도 퀸으로 두개였어요 방은 깨끗하고 샤워실도 넓어요 직원은 요즘은 보기 드물게 주변지도를 주며서 근처의 갈곳을 설명해줬어요 많은 도움이 됐어요 질문을하면 항상 웃는얼굴로 친절하게 답해주고 적은돈으로 묵으면서 최고였던거 같애요 우린 퐁냐갔다 와서 다시 묵을려고 예약했고 후에오면 누구라도 추천하고 싶어요

We were generally very satisfied by our three-night stay in this hotel. The price was excellent and the service from the hotel staff was great. They recommended very nice places for eating and going out and they arranged for us tours. We used the laundry service which was very efficient and cheap. The local area at the moment is not great because their is construction taking place nearby, so there is a lot of noise and dust. There was good WiFi signal in our room. We would have liked it if there was an extra chair in the room as well as a waste bin in the bedroom.

フエ駅から歩けそうだったので、徒歩でチェックインしました。天気が良く汗だくでだどりついたら、笑顔で待ち構えていて「○○さんですね⁉︎」と迎えてくれました。英語は、堪能。部屋はベッドは清潔、クリーニングも翌日仕上げ。ドライアーが無かった。隣にショッピングセンター的なものが出来るらしく工事中はそれなりに音はしました。（完成すれば音は無くなる）バインベオの店を聞いたら説明が分かりやすかったです。他にも「まだ開いていなかった場合、お腹が足りなかった場合」にともう一軒教えてくれました。フエからホイアンへのバスの手段も、何パターンか教えてくれました。（値段、内容について）一階のカフェも店員も、良い感じです。

I would have no hesitation reserving a room here once more if I returned to hue. A lovely hotel is a delight that I am glad to endorse. Finding a place that is so contemporary, clean, and at a reasonable price is a real treat. They may put it into words, Hulk Hilton. The hotel made arrangements for a car to pick us up from the airport, and I am grateful. There is a fair distance to travel. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating to us. They gave us excellent advice on where to go for food and entertainment. We took advantage of the hotel's poor position, even the imperial palace, on foot. Although I know some of the reviews claim the hotel is poorly situated, we strolled to every restaurant and attraction, including the imperial palace. It is fairly straightforward to walk around because the roads are less crowded. The hotel does not have coffee, cups, and teacups, is the only thing I have to complain about.

We stayed here for a few nights. The room is large and open and very nice value for money. We have a balcony. The staff at the front desk are very helpful. Han in particular was a great help arranging taxis to the airport and the tombs. I would have paid a bit more for the less lumpy pillows and softer towels. Having remained longer is nice.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. The helpful staff found us a room for an early check in after an overnight train which was an added bonus! Everything is valuable. The bathroom was working but felt like it could use an upgrade. No breakfast was available and we found very little directly around the hotel.

Very happy with the accommodations, they are very clean, spacious, and modern. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. However, there isn't much to eat around, and the walls are so thin, that we can hear everything happening in the room next door. Other than that, I really enjoyed my time here.

Fantastic family run hotel with great staff, very helpful, nice rooms, and a small coffee bar at a great price where you can get drinks and just enjoy after a day of exploring. Located near the center, as well as they can help you organize a tour. Great place to stay.

It is a budget hotel so it is pretty good for the price. The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed were however rock-hard. Like 0 comfortable but since we only stayed 2 nights that was okay. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
