ホテルは非常に清潔で、シャワーも水圧や熱湯に問題を感じない程度に使えました。繁華街や観光地へのアクセスが良く、とても快適でした。ただ、夜20時から深夜2時ごろまで毎日近所でカラオケかライブがあって、音と振動がそこそこ響くので夜ちゃんと寝るのには向かないかもしれません。

Perfect place. Right close to all the action on Bui Vien without the loud noise from the clubs down the street. Close to restaurants and the main party area of Bui Vien, but quiet for a great night's rest. This will be my new go to Hotel when I'm in Saigon.

予約していた別のホステルが恐らく施設側の事情で利用できなくなり、最後まで候補にあったこちらに宿泊しました。立地と価格が決め手でした。オーナーの方は人柄の良さを感じる対応をしていただき、気持ちよく利用できました。設備は高級ホテルには及ばないものの、寝れればいい私にとっては十分な環境でした。ランドリーサービスやチェックアウトなど相談にのってくれて安心して利用できました。

The room was extremely clean and organized, and every day we changed sheets and towels! No matter what the situation, the staff was always very kind and grin when we came back to the guest house at a good morning's sleep. They assisted with the reservation of our bus tickets to Kattien National Park, and even when we missed a bus pick up, the travel agency asked motorbikes to take us to the bus station before it was due to depart.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my friend. It is close to the bus stop, so we can go everywhere in Saigon. Also nearby is a nice shop, restaurant, cafe, and massage room. Very clean and friendly. Just good for us!.

This place runs by a family who are very helpful and nice, always there when you need them. It's basically a onestop shop for everything you need to do, book tours, seek information, get your laundry done, rent a bike, store your luggage when you leave for two or more days, etc. Incredible location, all within walking distance, such as walking streets. Wifi also works great. No sheets are provided, just wool blankets, which is strange. Nothing bad to say otherwise.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay at Quan Guest House. The rooms are clean, clean, and tidy with good wifi, beds are comfortable, and the hotel staff are very helpful. Thanks for the help with bus tickets. If you want to stay in this place, remember to bring earplugs as the area can be noisy at night, that's the only disadvantage.

I would definitely recommend this place. The location is close to the walking street, and the staff were also very kind and attentive. The rooms were very clean, the air conditioner was excellent, and the wifi was really fast. I read other reviews here that the rooms weren't too small. Even though I had a twin room, I still had some exercise in my room. The room was so quiet. The room was very comfortable with a good air conditioner. They also helped me a few times over the phone with translation and help me extend my visa.

I have stayed here several times the past 2 years. Staff and location are both recommended. However it is not the place for light sleepers since the very loud bar dance beat music from the walking street won’t stop till 3-4 AM
