This is a wonderful and memorable experience for me. The employees at the scarlett boutique hotel were outstanding and provide top-notch service, amazing tours, and excellent value. We highly suggested that they come with cut fruit, cereal, yoghurt, fruit juices, and pastries for breakfast. A charming boutique hotel on a tiny street. This hotel has a strategic location and is close to hue. We reserved the Scarlett suite, and the rooms were lovely, spacious, and spotless. The elegant French vintage design, which is so fashionable and tastefully built, completely captured our sense of seclusion. Since the suite rooms cannot be heard, we had the best sleep here. There are several menu options available for breakfast, all of which are freshly made. Eggs, toast, bacon, and sausage sides are all predominantly Vietnamese, however. There is also a rooster, fruit juice, and pastries. The waiters are incredibly attentive. When we were in hue, we arranged a private tour with the hotel and visited the hue city tour by car and dragon boat, where we visited the hue village's incense craft, which is internationally recognized for its incense arts. The manner in which incense is made of by artisan, mind mang, and tu due, were among the many attractions to visit. Following that, we traveled back to the imperial citadel

Although it's in town, once in the hotel it's quiet and peaceful. You can easily hail a cab or a cycle rickshaw as soon as you leave. There are numerous eateries and cafes as well. The room was a decent size, spotless, and cozy. The pricing we paid was excellent. Excellent value for the money. The breakfast could have been a little better.

This hotel is in the middle of the city and hidden away in a plane. The location is great. Despite it being in the city, once in the hotel it is quiet and peaceful. You can easily get a taxi or bicycle rickshaw as soon as you exit. There are also many restaurants and cafes. The room was decently sized, clean, and comfortable. It was excellent for the price we paid. Great value for money overall. The breakfast could have been a little better. But overall it was a very good place.

We highly recommend staying in this hotel, which is a phone lan hotel. The personnel is very friendly. The room is clean, the balcony is nice, the street is calm, and the room service is always available. The only extra is breakfast which is easily available next street at French restaurant.

Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting hue!. Phone Lan Guesthouse has a great location, really close to the center. Nice big, clean rooms with air conditioning and hot water and comfortable beds.

This is the best place to stay in the area. The owner and his wife are very friendly and helpful. He even booked a taxi in the last minute because Go Grab was not working. I would recommend this place.

First and foremost, the staff is outstanding, extremely helpful, and friendly. Lina, viet an, Ben, Seculartao, and a different woman for whom I didn't get her name. I didn't feel well during my stay, so I didn't want to travel the next day, so they made me feel very welcome, so I decided to extend my stay instead of returning to Da Hang because my flight booking from Da Hang had trouble. They even went out and borrowed a phone charger from a hotel guest as mine was broken, and it was too late to purchase one. Breakfast is excellent and will thrill you. The location is ideal for dining and nightlife. I felt sorry that I extended two more nights with a very late notice that it might have disrupt the hotel room bookings. I appreciate the ginger tea and salt. Overall, it's the best hotel I've ever stayed in.
