The room is small, but it doesnt affect the use. The bedding is comfortable and the hygiene is good. The front desk service is proactive and enthusiastic, and there are services in both english and chinese.

Super clean, new and modern spot right along the river road. Had a slightly weird check-in set-up (a kiosk in the breakfast room/lounge on 5th floor, I think)-- which saw a lot of luggage around the area while people were navigating the buffet at breakfast time... But you do get a full 24 hour stay from whatever time you arrive, which was just perfect for our schedule! Ours was a rather tiny room, but with a pretty spacious bathroom! We had slightly obstructed views-- but what you could see was great (distant city skyline, river views, boats and traffic, the dragon bridge fire show...) 10% off food at Heart of Darkness brewpub (in their other location's lobby) was a good enough excuse to go try some delicious local craft beers and sliders! Do be careful with the hotel's streetside curb when returning to hotel, especially at night and/or in flipflops! It's just 2-3 inches high, not standard, and tripped me up (I stubbed my toe worse than I have in years-- ouch!)

Can’t fault the property. For a hotel nearly 1 year old it has it all. The room was perfect for me as I’m a solo traveller, queen bed, work station desk in my room and modern bathroom facilities. Check in was a breeze and with a roof top bar and pool with amazing views. Met the general manager who is also from Australia and you can definitely tell he cares for his staff as they care for their guest. Would stay here again

Wonderful stay! We needed three rooms for our fourperson trip over the christmas holidays, and we traveled as two families. The personnel was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The hotel paid close attention to so many design elements that added to its appeal, such as the colors, picturesque views, and clever blind designs, as well as the gold leed certification. They offered a breakfast that included both traditional local fare and more common fare for visitors from out of the country. While there, we used the laundry, and it was always spotless and accessible.
