3. Who can buy this coverage of Loss/Damage and Delay of Baggage?
This benefit is applicable for Indonesia Citizens (WNI) or foreign citizens (WNA) with the age of at least 14 (fourteen) days up to 84 (eighty four) years at the time of departure date. Foreign Citizens (WNA) that can benefit from this protection are the one who has Passport or KITAS/KITAP (Kartu Ijin Tinggal Terbatas/Tetap).

5. Does flight from abroad benefit this protection?

The premium would depend on the flight you purchased from the page of www.tiket.com, m.tiket.com, and tiket.com application (IOS & Android). The premium that you pay in the order form is the total price of insurance premium and administrative cost which is final.

No. The protection of Loss/Damage and Delay of Baggage can only be purchased at the same time with your airline ticket purchase.
10. Can I buy the protection of Loss/Damage and Delay of Baggage for Round Trip with more than 30 (thirty) days?
No. The maximum gap between departure date and return date is 30 (thirty) days and should be within 1 (one) booking code.
11. I have to cancel my trip. Will I get a refund for My insurance?
The protection of Loss/Damage and Delay of Baggage can be cancelled but there will be no refundable insurance premium for any reason. Please make sure You read and understand the insurance terms and conditions before purchasing this insurance.
12. How do I submit a claim?

13. Is there a time limitation to submit the claim?
The claims must be submitted from the Insured no later than 30 (thirty) days after the date of the accident or as soon as possible after the accident occurred accompanied by claim documents and/or other evidence required by Allianz to facilitate the process of claim verification. All costs incurred in obtaining documents or evidence are the responsibility of the Insured.
14. How long does it take to process claim payments?
Claim payment will be processed within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) working days after the claim document and or other evidence required by Allianz is completed and fully received by Allianz and the claim is approved by Allianz.
