To support the Government's efforts in mitigating the spread of COVID-19 in the public transportation sector, the airline applies restrictions on the distance between passenger seats during flights. This passenger seat arrangement still refers to the provisions of the government and subject to change following the conditions and regulations of the relevant government and/or country.

During the period of adaptation of new habits, all Citilink ticket purchases will follow the provisions of the SE Task Force for the Acceleration of Handling COVID-19 No.7/2020 concerning Criteria and Requirements for Travel of People in the Adaptation Period of New Habits Towards a Safe and Productive Society Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19 ) and other related regulations.

 

Prospective Citilink passengers with flight periods starting from 09 June 2020, must include:

Domestic travel requirements:

  • Personal identification (KTP or other valid identification cards).

  • Showing a PCR test certificate with negative results or Rapid-Test test with non-reactive results that are valid for fourteen days upon departure.

  • Showing a certificate of symptoms free of influenza such as influenza (influenza-like illness) issued by the Doctor of the Hospital/health center for areas that do not have PCR Test and/or Rapid-Test facilities.

 

Travel requirements for people arriving from abroad:

  • Every individual from abroad must conduct a PCR Test at the time of arrival, if the passenger has not carried out and can not show a letter of PCR Test results from the country of departure, then;

    • PCR Examination Travel tests for people arriving overseas are excluded from PLBN (Post-State Border Posts) which do not have PCR equipment, by conducting rapid tests and showing a certificate of symptoms-free such as influenza (influenza-like illness) and are excluded for the journey of commuter people going through PLBN by showing a certificate of freedom from symptoms such as influenza (influenza-like illness) issued by the Hospital Doctor/Health authority.

  • During the waiting time for PCR Test results, each person must undergo quarantine at the select quarantine accommodation location provided by the government; or

  • Utilizing quarantine accommodation (Hotels/Lodging) that has received certification of COVID-19 quarantine accommodation from the Ministry of Health.

Refund

Refunds for Citilink Airlines will be given in the form of a Citilink Voucher. Refund submission must be made before your initial travel date. The conditions for submitting a refund to get a voucher are as follows:

  • Vouchers can be redeemed (used) at the Citilink sales office or on the Citilink website.
  • Vouchers are transferable and can be used for other passengers who are not the passengers on the previous reservation.
  • If the price of a new ticket is higher than the value of the voucher given, then the price difference must be paid by the passenger. If the price of a new ticket is lower than the given voucher, the remaining balance in the voucher can be used to purchase another ticket multiple times until the balance or validity period ends.
  • Voucher value can be checked on the Citilink website.

 

How to Apply for Travel Voucher Issuance:

Refunds that you will receive are not in the form of cash but still in the form of  Travel Vouchers which will be sent via the registered email at the time of booking.

 

Reschedule

Citilink applies the provision that rescheduling is free without additional costs until the departure date of July 20, 2021, except rescheduling conducted on blackout dates as determined by Citilink.

 

Reroute

Citilink applies the stipulation that reroutes are free without additional costs unless there is a price difference between the old route ticket and the new one, then the price difference will be charged to passengers. If the price of a new route ticket is lower than the old route, the difference is not refundable.

Social Distancing Procedures

1. Garuda Indonesia is actively educate passengers to take care of their health especially when they are about to have flight, to ensure it. Body temperatures will always be checked upon boarding. Hand sanitizers on every touch-point pre-flight and on board will also be provided.
2. Garuda Indonesia also highly put our efforts to implement social distancing for passengers on board by giving an empty seat between each passenger.

3. All passengers of Garuda Indonesia are required to wear a reusable non-medical mask at the airport and during flight.

 

Refund

Refunds for Garuda Indonesia Airlines are not currently given in cash, but in the form of EMD / Travel Vouchers. Refund submission must be made before your initial travel date. The conditions for submitting an EMD / Travel Vouchers refund are as follows:

In accordance with the applicable policies, starting July 1, 2020 Refund and Rescheduling policies for Lion Air, Batik Air, and Wings Air Airlines are normal regulations. * EMD / Travel Voucher redemption can only be exchanged by the voucher holder according to the passenger's name printed on the initial ticket, with verification of the identity card (National Identity Card / passport)

* 1 (one) Voucher number can only be redeemed for 1 (one) passenger.

* Prepaid Baggage that has been purchased previously is still valid and can be used for the same passenger name on the next flight.
* If the price of a new ticket is greater than the value of the given EMD / Travel Voucher, the difference will be paid by the passenger. If the new ticket price is lower than the given EMD / Travel Voucher, then the price difference will not be given to the passenger.

* EMD / Travel Vouchers can be exchanged for cash at the Lion Air Tower / Airline Representative office with the note that exchanges can only be made by passengers whose names are listed on the EMD / Travel Voucher and attach a copy of identity card (KTP / passport).

    During the period of adaptation of new habits, all Sriwijaya flight exemption ticket purchases will follow the provisions of the SE Task Force for Acceleration of Handling COVID-19 No.9/2020 concerning Amendments of SE No.7/2020 concerning Criteria and Requirements for Travel of People in the Adaptation Period of New Habits Towards a Productive and Safe Community Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID -19) and other related regulations.

     

    Prospective passengers of Sriwijaya Air Group with flight periods starting from 3 July 2020 must include:

    • Certificate of Health free from COVID-19; each passenger must have a health certificate from a hospital doctor, health center, or clinic;

      1. Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) Certificate of Test or Rapid-Test Test with negative results / for a maximum period of 14 days at the time of departure.

      2. Symptom-free Certificate such as influenza (influenza - like illness), for areas that do not have PCR Test or Rapid Test facilities.

        Important Note: Prospective passengers should pay attention to requirements issued by the city of departure / destination, due to differences in policy.

    • Personal Identity (KTP or other valid identification).

     

    Pre-Departure Checks

    1. Passengers are required to arrive early and bring original travel documents for data verification before check-in.

    2. Sriwijaya Air is not responsible for errors or lack of required documents and has the right to cancel passenger flights that do not meet the intended requirements.

    3. Tickets that do not meet the requirements follow internal regulations in Sriwijaya Air.

    Effective 10 July 2020 onwards, all passengers including children travelling with Emirates to Dubai have to carry a COVID-19 negative certificate issued by a local government approved laboratory to be accepted on the flight. Certificates must be issued no more than 96 hours before departure. If the passenger has not done a PCR test in the country of origin, the PCR test is also available upon arrival in Dubai provided that the passenger must do self-isolation until the result of the test is out.

    Travel Protocol

    From 1 August 2020, passengers flying Etihad Airways from any worldwide airport outside of Abu Dhabi to all destinations, must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test. The test must be carried out 96 hours before departure and at a health facility accredited by the government or designated by Etihad for certain countries. Passengers traveling from Abu Dhabi to a European Union country or the United Kingdom, will also require a mandatory COVID-19 PCR test before they travel.

     

    Passengers should always check travel regulations for their final destinations before they fly and check the recommended health facilities here.

     

    Children under 12 and people of determination are exempt from COVID-19 PCR testing.

    Social Distancing Procedures

    1. Garuda Indonesia is actively educate passengers to take care of their health especially when they are about to have flight, to ensure it. Body temperatures will always be checked upon boarding. Hand sanitizers on every touch-point pre-flight and on board will also be provided.
    2. Garuda Indonesia also highly put our efforts to implement social distancing for passengers on board by giving an empty seat between each passenger.

    3. All passengers of Garuda Indonesia are required to wear a reusable non-medical mask at the airport and during flight.
